Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • The view of the room was excellent. The mattress was too soft for me. The kitchenette was okay with some small appliances, but I did not cook there because the space of the room was too small. The internet service was not working. I had to lock in to other units internet which had very limited signal. The room key wasn't working for two times. I had to go to front desk to fix the problem. There were two elevators, but only one was working.
Overall, the room was okay because it came with free parking.

  • This was our first Airbnb rental, and thanks to a great host that Mark is, my wife and I are now big fans of this site.
I needed to go to Honolulu for a meeting, but was taken aback by the hefty daily parking fee hotels are charging near Waikiki. We planned to snorkel in different places around the island, a car was a must. A friend recommended airbnb, so I took a look. Mark's condo jumped out as an outstanding option. I emailed Mark to check the availability, and he responded promptly....and I cancelled my Hilton reservation happily.
Mark has been extremely helpful, the weeks leading to our meeting/mini vacation, he patiently answered our questions, helped us get a good idea what to expect.
AND, his condo was a perfect fit for us. We were tired of hotel chains, and were looking for a more home-like experience in Hawaii. The condo has a spectacular view of the marina. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of our room. It is an easy walk to Waikiki and a wonderful hub for venturing out (by car or bus) to all attractions. The onsite parking (included) was very convenient. We cooked in the kitchenette, enjoyed a truly wonderful 5-days stay in O'ahu, thanks to Mark.
We know when we get a chance to return to O'ahu, we will be contacting Mark again.

  • This place was a real hook up. It is located right in the hear of everything and it comes with secure covered parking and a fabulous view. It was clean and furnished with everthing needed to make for a comfortable extended stay. The staff of the hotel that managed our stay were friendly and and helpful.

  • I stayed here for a month while moving to Hawaii and buying a house. The condo is nice, clean, and similar to an extended stay hotel room. The AC works well and all the other appliances and utilities are flawless. One of the best features is the view. The room is on the 36th floor with an exceptional ocean view. We spent many hours enjoying drinks and watching the surfers and fireworks. The condo building is in a great location to enjoy Waikiki and Honolulu and also be able to travel to other parts of the island. All services we needed and the beach were within two blocks. Parking is included and is in an assigned spot in a secure garage. I will recommend this property to my coworkers and friends who visit Oahu.
