This apartment is perfect for families and business travelers.

The apartment includes a spacious reception area with a combined living and dining room along with a fully equipped modern kitchen, cooking utensils and a coffee machine.
The living room is furnished with a sofa set along with a 55 inch smart TV with Chromecast and AirPlay built-in for further personal entertainment.

There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds) and two bathrooms (one full bathroom with a bath tub shower and a guest bathroom)

Please note the following:
- Smoking is only allowed outside the building (a fine of $100 will be imposed when smoking indoors)
- Visitors are not allowed, only confirmed guests will be granted entry.
- Free of charge street parking is available.
- Additional fees apply pool access. $10 per guest per day. (Optional)

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment along with free of charge pool access.

Other things to note
Please note the following:
- Smoking (including shisha) inside the unit is strictly not allowed. However it is allowed in the unit’s balcony (if applicable). A fine of $100 may be imposed in case of smoking indoors.

Partying, excessive noise and public alcohol drinking is not allowed. In case of violations, security will be notified and appropriate strict actions will be taken.
- Visitors are not allowed, only confirmed guests will be granted entry.
- Free of charge street parking is available.
