Very nice just refurbished double room with private balcony with view on Piazza Asti.
It has a very comfortable double bed, memory foam type covered with an Aloe Vera layer for the most exigent sleeps. It has a balcony with a stunning view of Rome. Furnished with Italian design furniture. The typical Italian breakfast is served in the living area. Equipped with all the comforts: TV, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning.
Very convenient location, two minutes walk from Metro Station "Re di Roma", 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano and 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The train station and the airport are very easy to reach!
You can also eat the best tiramisu in town at bar "Pompi"! People from every corner of the city come here to eat it.
The BATHROOM is SHARED with another room. (All the guests that have been staying here realize that it is not a problem at all...as it is free most of the time! And I really make sure it is always clean!))

This room was exactly as portrayed in the photos, with an adorable balcony that my sister and I enjoyed spending our evenings on. It had a nice view of the church across the street, and was also quite private, so we didn't feel like we were on display while relaxing on the balcony. Laura was very friendly and available to us during our stay, and we enjoyed meeting her and the other guests staying with her. The location of the room was nice in that it afforded easy access to the metro without being amidst the noise of the city (it was actually very quiet at night in that area, so we were able to sleep well).
The wifi situation was very touchy; both my iPhone and my computer's sister were constantly kicked off of the wifi and we had to try multiple times to reconnect for information on transportation and whatnot. However, in the grand scheme of things, that's not too important.
The shared bathroom was not a problem at all - it was very clean and large, with plenty of hot water. We didn't have any problems with sharing it either; we never had to wait for other guests or anything. Overall, it was very nice.
Laura was a great host. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was a must after a long day of sight seeing. We would recommend this B&B.
Laura is an absolutely wonderful host. I had slightly awkward flights but it was no issues for her to work with me. Sincerely appreciate all she did to make our stay wonderful.
The check in went extremely well and Laura is very helpful - giving maps of the city and recommended places to visit. The room was great with a balcony. We had a couple problems on the morning of our check out. Woke up to no water in the house working and no wifi working in the house when it was crucial to use both of these before our departure.
We had a wonderful time in Rome. Laura and her family were so kind and generous to us. It was nice to stay with an Italian family. The location of the apartment is a bit off the main path but once you figure out the neighborhood it was easy to navigate. We really appreciated Laura's map and recommendation for restaurants in the area. The room was perfect for what we needed and very comfortable with a beautiful patio. The shared bathroom was not too much of an issue but important to know before you go!
Le logement est agréable et permet un accès rapide à tous les sites touristiques importants tant à pied qu'en transport en commun.
Laura et Delia nous ont donné de bonnes références pour mieux profiter de notre séjour.
Had a wonderful stay with Laura and her sister. Their B&B is very central and easy to explore Rome from. Bed was extremely comfortable. Laura was very helpful with directions and tips about places to visit and eat.
Great location and wonderful host. Room was clean and comfortable.
Laura and her family were extremely pleasant and helpful during our (my friend and I, both females) stay in Rome. The room is very spacious and nice, with a window balcony. The bathroom is also large and comfortable. The location is close to the Colosseum + Palatine, but farther from other attractions such as The Vatican and Trastavere, however you can easily take a short walk and take the public transporation. I would definitely recommend this place for your next stay at ROME
We spent a wonderful weekend in Rome! Laura is a fantastic host and we really loved it to stay with her. The apartment is very easy to reach with the train directly from the airport (fiumicino). The city center is in walking distance and if you do not like to walk you can take the (email hidden) di Roma station which is only a 2-minutes walk away. The room is really nice, clean and we enjoyed it to sit on the balcony. Laura gave us a lot of great insider tips for restaurants and beautiful places. We will definitely stay again with her if we come back to Rome. Thank you very much for the great time at your place!
