We are located in Palmilla Grand Residencial, just a few steps from the beach in the Cerritos area of Mazatlán. You can find the exact location on Google Maps by searching for Palmilla Grand Residencial.

🔑 How to Enter for the First Time

Step 1: Upon arrival at the residential complex, you’ll find an intercom on the left-hand side.
Simply press the “Call” button and an operator will answer.
Tell them you’re going to Apartment 204, Isla de Chivos building.

Step 2: Once inside, head toward the apartment area located at the back of the complex.
The Isla de Chivos building is on the right-hand side within that area.

🔐 If the second gate to the apartment area is closed, use the intercom:
Press “Call” and then enter 065.

✅ Important:
This process using number 065 will only be necessary the first time.
After that, you can use the white access card you’ll find on the dining table. Simply hold it near the reader, and the gate will open automatically.

👝 You’ll also find five wristbands next to the card.
Please wear them whenever you access the common areas (pool, playgrounds, etc.).

Your parking spaces are labeled H-204.
There are two continuous spots, located on the left-hand side of the Isla de Chivos building.

The lock is digital:
1. Place your hand on the reader — the numbers will light up.
2. Enter the last 4 digits of your phone number, then press the ✅ checkmark.
3. The door will open.

To lock when leaving:
Simply place your hand again and press the lock icon 🔒. Done!
