All about Melissa’s place

"Berachah" is a word meaning "blessing" or "blessed". We have been truly blessed in our lives and want to be a blessing to you! While we know there are many places to stay in Amarillo, our little Berachah House is tucked away by the historic Oliver Eakle District of Amarillo in a quiet, yet conveniently located, area you will love as much as we do. This little rustic farmhouse is the perfect place for a get away or to stop when you're traveling through (right off I-27 and blocks from I-40).

The space
There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a comfy (no really!) sofa bed in the living room if you need an extra bed. Bathroom with shower and some shampoo and soaps (in case you've forgotten yours); Kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot (with some coffee and the fixin's of course) and an electric water kettle (herbal tea too). TV with Roku and DVD player (some DVD's also) Board games and a little library for your down time! YES we have Wifi! Private parking and entrance to the house.

Where you’ll be

Amarillo, Texas, United States

Our neighborhood is in an older and unique part of Amarillo. The trees are beautiful and mature (yes there are trees in West Texas!) The houses are historic and all different! This isn't a cookie-cutter neighborhood!! We are two blocks from Oliver Eakle Park and around 1/4 mile from the bigger Memorial Park.

During your stay

We live in a detached home on the premises so we are usually pretty easy to find if you need assistance.
