Relaxing first floor flat, circa 1875, with updated kitchen and bath, high ceilings, large windows, original wood floors. Well appointed with new and vintage furniture. Excellent Lower Garden District location, steps to MoJo Coffee. Beautiful shared back yard, laundry on-site. Very walkable area with parks, bars, restaurants, bike rentals, shopping. Close to Convention Center (0.8 miles), French Quarter (1.4 miles), Superdome (1.6 miles), Warehouse/Arts District (0.7 miles), Uptown & Jazz Fest.

The space
This Victorian era apartment has great natural light, many windows, unique furniture, great architectural details. Queen size bed in bedroom. Living room has a queen size, memory foam sleeper sofa. Well appointed kitchen with gas range, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens and towels provided, as well as bath products. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.
