Kenanga Villa is situated in Kampung Sum-Sum Hilir - the heart of Kampung Janda Baik. It is a 1 storey modern villa for 20 people that consists of 6 spacious bedrooms.

The vast plot of land is located strategically by a beautiful river surrounded by lush greenery. A fish pond is also present for you to kayak around.

Enjoy nature with family and friends whilst having a modern experience in the kampung.

The space
This 6-bedroom villa is a modernly decorated home with fully functioning facilities suitable for families. As you walk in through the entrance, you will be greeted with an open courtyard with a water fountain. Surrounding it is the living room to your right and all the bedrooms. The spacious living room which is complete with a sofa by the television, a dining table and modern decor faces to the open garden outside where you may enjoy the greenery, listen to the river and birds chirping. The bedrooms have 2 beds inside. Either a king or a queen alongside a single bed. Four bedrooms are attached with bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

Also available is a gas BBQ pit which you may use at your own convenience. However, please observe the 'no-pork' and 'no-alcohol' policy in our home. Since we cannot yet provide internet at this current location due to infrastructure, we have prepared a karaoke set for your use.

With ample space within our compound, you may freely arrange for events and activities during your stay with us. For guests who are interested in hosting bigger events like weddings that require tents and such to be put up, please drop us a message and we can discuss the arrangement. For events, separate charges are imposed.

Kenanga Villa is the best place to fully immerse yourselves in the Kampung (Village) experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
