The three bedroom/three bathroom allows for plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, yet also plenty of activities to bring everyone together. You can unwind relaxing poolside while the kids swim in the heated pool or enjoy happy hour while playing bocce, horse shoes or corn hole near the gas fire pit. In the morning, walk to the famous Bob's Bakery for a fresh croissant and espresso and then enjoy a leisurely soak in the hot tub. Once you're able to peel yourself away from the pool and fun you can spend an afternoon at the tasting rooms and award winning farm to table restaurants just a few blocks away. Or venture out for a drive around beautiful wine country and visit some of our favorite vineyards and farms or golf at one of the many pristine golf courses in the valley. However you spend your days, you'll be relaxed and ready to turn in and rest in our hotel quality beds while falling asleep to your favorite Netflix on the smart TV's included in each bedroom.

And... if you're like our family, and someone needs to squeeze in a meeting or two throughout your stay, you can sneak off to the private bonus room that has hard wired internet for optimal video calls/meetings.

Our family motto while at Seven Palms is Eat Well and Relax Often. We know you'll love it too.

The space
This 3BR/3BA getaway in the Santa Barbara wine country offers an idyllic retreat complete with a hot tub and a fenced pool oasis with a gas firepit, yard games, and plenty of room to lounge and dine alfresco.

Spacious and stylish, the designer interior features 1,804 square feet of living space. New floors, furniture, and updated kitchen appliances add to the appeal. Air-conditioning, heating and a double-sided gas fireplace promise year-round comfort.

Take a short walk to the nearby boutiques and antique shops -- a hidden gem, Los Alamos is a foodie paradise with some of the best restaurants and tasting rooms the Valley has to offer in a 4-block stretch. You’re also just 9 miles from Los Olivos.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is ideal for families. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.

The welcoming sunken living room features a double-sided gas fireplace. Kick back on fine furniture and watch a movie on the smart TV or listen to your favorite music on the high quality Sonos speaker system and full charging station included.

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with a brand-new suite of stainless steel appliances – including a five burner gas range, a roomy French-door fridge, and fully stocked coffee station (stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and creamers).

Gather at the two-person breakfast bar or the six-person table by the gas fireplace. Another four-person dining area offers a wet bar with wine storage.

This home sleeps six adults in three bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV and new beds. Find additional sleeping space for kids on two sleeper sofas: one in the living room and one in the primary suite (both are small sleeper sofas best for kids).

The primary suite features a king bed, desk, walk-in closet, a fold down bed, and pool access. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower.

The second guest room has a queen bed and direct access to the porch and four-person hot tub, while the third bedroom holds a stately king bed.

Two guest bathrooms have walk-in showers and fine tile work.

Each room has a luggage rack and hamper. And the bathrooms are stocked with the following travel size amenities: emergency toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansing bar, lotion, make up remover wipes and Q-tips.

The private backyard includes lounge chairs, seating areas, and alfresco dining space for 10. Newly resurfaced, the heated pool has an automatic electric pool cover that can be retracted with the flip of a switch. All-around fencing and tall trees provide added privacy.

Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a bbq. Enjoy drinks around the gas firepit in the Adirondack chairs. The bocce ball court, horseshoes, and corn hole area offer an array of entertainment options.

With hardwired, high-speed internet and a writing desk, the standalone bonus “work remote” room is a peaceful workplace or yoga room.

We also have two newly added bicycles for you to use to cruise on into town in style, equipped with wine cooler and basket. We also provide helmets and locks for your use.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, books, and a new washer/dryer are provided along with keyless locks, a Nest thermostat system and Google wifi boosters and smoke alarms. Driveway parking is available for four cars.

This single-story home is accessed via three steps at the entryway.

Where you’ll be

Los Alamos, California, United States

You can walk just a few blocks from the property to some of the best restaurants and tasting rooms in the Santa Ynez valley!

In the past five years, Los Alamos has flourished. New tasting rooms and restaurants have sprung up on Bell Street -- the town's main drag -- adding to a small but mighty culinary lineup to pair with its offbeat, artsy vibes.

“Everybody that’s come in has done something with intention and authenticity,” says Bob Oswaks, the owner of Bob’s Well Bread, arguably one of the best bakeries in southern California. “I just like that everybody has brought their A-game and done something so unique.”

Los Alamos serves as a gateway to the Santa Ynez Valley, with over 100 wineries in the region. Along with small towns like Solvang and Los Olivos, it's quickly becoming a popular and more approachable wine destination -- like the quieter, chiller cousin to bougie Napa and Sonoma.

“This is a pretty magical place,” says Will Henry, co-owner of Pico and Lumen Wines. “You have vineyards coming right to the edge of town here. Winemakers, of all sorts, coming through the door.”

There's a surprising and genuine sense of camaraderie that exists among business owners here, who all seem to share a communal pride in how they each elevate the town in their own way.

“I call [Los Alamos] the vortex of love,” says Sonja Magdevski, owner and winemaker at Casa Dumetz and Babi’s Beer Emporium. “Such interesting connections are made in this little wacky, funky town. I always say it’s the right amount of right, and the right amount of wrong. It’s truly funky… not curated funk.”

Los Alamos leaves a trace of simpler times when the WiFi was weak (or better yet, didn’t exist), slow food was a way of life, and good drinks were always flowing -- which might just be exactly what you need right now. Here are some things to check out once you roll into town.
