The Villas of Frangista is ~80 new home neighborhood. It is off of Scenic Hwy, close to the action, but far enough to not have to be in the action. It has a stocked pond for owners and their guest. Large swimming pool and community center with bathrooms. Walk to shopping, coffee shop and winery that hosts tastings.
