We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The first room is $95/night and the second is $75/night which must be booked through a special offer unless other arrangements are made. Our house is 2 blocks from Concord Ctr but is on a very quiet street.
We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed (First room is $95/night & 2nd room is $75/night) so we can accommodate up to 4 guests. I do not rent out the rooms to separate groups at the same time since there is one bathroom for the 2 rooms. If you would like to book both rooms, I will reply with a "special offer" which would be $170/night not including Airbnb charges or the cleaning fee.
Our street is tree lined and quiet even though 1 block from the center of town with restaurants, music, shopping, cafes, parks, theater, conservation land & a terrific yoga studio all steps away. We border beautiful walking, biking & running trails. Concord is a mecca for road bikers, historians, tourists & athletes.
Concord & West Concord are famous for it's numerous, unique shops. There are tons of activities going on all year and free music playing almost every night at the Colonial Inn around the corner or Main St Cafe 2 blocks away.
Please feel free to "inquire" about our fantastic location in the heart of charming Concord Center before you book. Home of the revolution, Thoreau, Emerson, Walden Pond, Concord is 30 minutes from Boston & Cambridge. There is a commuter train less than 1 mile from our house that is easily walkable so having a car, though nice, is optional.
We have a small, non shedding, hypoallergenic, non barking, very laid back 15 yr old poodle mix whom you can see in the photos.
Light kitchen use.

Interaction with Guests
We love to meet and interact with our guests but we also love our privacy and respect theirs. We spend time in our living space (office & living room) on the other side of the house. We are sometimes away so not always present during out guests stay.
We have a wonderful quiet, safe neighborhood right in Concord Center.
Commuter train is less than a mile away & a delightful walk through town. Check the "MBTA Fitchburg" line for the schedule for Boston, Cambridge & Concord.
From the airport you can take public transport but it is not that easy. You can take a cab to North Station and then the commuter train to Concord . Or we take Uber, cab or limo from the airport to our house. We have parking in our driveway if you have a car.

Stacey and Dick made me feel very welcome. I was in town on a business trip, so they did not see much of me as I was working long hours. But, I felt welcome. They have a beautiful place. It was also clean, quiet and very convenient for me. Yes, I would very definitely be back next time in town.
Stacey and Dick welcomed us with relaxed generosity into their picturesque house in charming Concord during a stressful time in our family that had brought us from Australia to New England. Their historic home is elegant yet supremely comfortable and offers a peaceful retreat that is moments from Concord Center and also the historic North Bridge and wonderful paths that for us during the huge snow storms made for fantastic snow-shoeing and cross-country skiing.
The accommodations are beautifully decorated and welcoming and the kitchen is a great place in which to cook and hang out with Stacey and Dick who are charming and affable hosts with whom we shared so much in common in our love of outdoors, good food, and good conversation.
We arrived as weary travelers and left and as good friends. I couldn't recommend more generous and companionable hosts or a more cozy and charming house in which to stay.
As usual, great stay with Dick and Stacey. Their home is very well located, in pristine condition and always the perfect abode away from home!
Stacey and Dick's charming home is in a fantastic location. I was car-less and found I could walk everywhere. My room was very pretty, overlooking a beautiful marsh. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom just down the hall - private, spacious, clean and pretty. My hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. I would love to stay with them again!
My family and I had a wonderful time at Stacey & Dick's home. We spent several beautiful fall days in Concord. We were visiting Concord to celebrate my grandmother's 100th birthday. The beautiful, refined yet comfortable home was a perfect place for us to make our home base. We ran on nearby trails through colorful New England forests, walked a few blocks into the town center for meals. We got a drink at the Colonial Inn and listened to a jazz band- even meeting local celebrity historian Doris Kearns-Goodwin! The best moment was of course getting to have our 4 month old son spend a few hours with his great-grandmother on her 100th birthday. Thanks to Stacey & Dick's gracious hosting for helping making this possible.
Stacey & Dick are marvellous hosts who made sure my stay in Concord was comfortable and memorable. Their cottage is exceptionally clean, more than adorable and very well located. Stacey provided me with great tips with regards to Concord eateries and Dick sent me on a wonderful run around the Great Meadows!
I would gladly stay with Stacey and Dick again.
Stacey and Dick were so welcoming and kind, and their home is beautiful and comfortable. Concord is the quintessential New England town, and the historic downtown is a five-minute walk away. One of the warmest, most convenient, and best "deals" of any AirBnB homestays that I've ever had!
I work as a freelancer from home as a "photo-stylist" which means I cast, prop, scout locations for photographers. My husband has an advertising agency in Boston. We have been living in Concord for 22 years and now our children are grown and we have rooms to spare.
