We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. The first room is $95/night and the second is $75/night which must be booked through a special offer unless other arrangements are made. Our house is 2 blocks from Concord Ctr but is on a very quiet street.
We have 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed (First room is $95/night & 2nd room is $75/night) so we can accommodate up to 4 guests. I do not rent out the rooms to separate groups at the same time since there is one bathroom for the 2 rooms. If you would like to book both rooms, I will reply with a "special offer" which would be $170/night not including Airbnb charges or the cleaning fee.
Our street is tree lined and quiet even though 1 block from the center of town with restaurants, music, shopping, cafes, parks, theater, conservation land & a terrific yoga studio all steps away. We border beautiful walking, biking & running trails. Concord is a mecca for road bikers, historians, tourists & athletes.
Concord & West Concord are famous for it's numerous, unique shops. There are tons of activities going on all year and free music playing almost every night at the Colonial Inn around the corner or Main St Cafe 2 blocks away.
Please feel free to "inquire" about our fantastic location in the heart of charming Concord Center before you book. Home of the revolution, Thoreau, Emerson, Walden Pond, Concord is 30 minutes from Boston & Cambridge. There is a commuter train less than 1 mile from our house that is easily walkable so having a car, though nice, is optional.
We have a small, non shedding, hypoallergenic, non barking, very laid back 15 yr old poodle mix whom you can see in the photos.
Light kitchen use.

Interaction with Guests
We love to meet and interact with our guests but we also love our privacy and respect theirs. We spend time in our living space (office & living room) on the other side of the house. We are sometimes away so not always present during out guests stay.
We have a wonderful quiet, safe neighborhood right in Concord Center.
Commuter train is less than a mile away & a delightful walk through town. Check the "MBTA Fitchburg" line for the schedule for Boston, Cambridge & Concord.
From the airport you can take public transport but it is not that easy. You can take a cab to North Station and then the commuter train to Concord . Or we take Uber, cab or limo from the airport to our house. We have parking in our driveway if you have a car.

Stacey and Dick were gracious hosts. Their home is clean, well-appointed, light, and lovely. The location is a pleasant walk into town and to historical and nature sites. Perfect.
Thank you Stacey and Dick for sharing your charming and adorable house with us. Everything was lovely, welcoming, comfortable, and delightful. Your location couldn't be more perfect, enabling us to walk everywhere to and through Concord, which is itself as gem of history, architecture, culture and beauty. We had the extra bonus of seeing the Patriot's Day parade. Thank you for the restaurant suggestion, which was delicious. We look forward to booking with you again when we next visit your area. Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Dick and Staceys. We got a lot of tips on activities and restaurants. Our daughter had a lot lot of fun walking the gute dog. We enjoyed the serenity at Dick and Staceys and at Concord! Rooms are clean and beautiful. Will be more than happy to come back!
Our stay at Stacey & Dick's house was wonderful! We basically had the entire upstairs to ourselves. Their house was beautiful, as was all of Concord. It's a short walk from tons of cute little shops and plenty of great restaurants. Stacey & Dick were friendly and helped us by recommending places to eat. They also let us park our rental car in their driveway. I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Concord.
I was on a business trip for a week in Bedford and the last time I was here, I mistakenly stayed at a random hotel. This time around, I feel like I struck gold. I only wish I had checked airbnb the first time I came to the area. Stacey & Dick were fantastic. Very warm and welcoming couple and I got along with them as if I knew them my entire life. They suggested a few good restaurants and one of them ended up providing me with the best meal I've ever eaten! Their house is very spacious and cozy. My favorite aspect of it, aside from the hosts, was that it's completely silent. You don't hear any noises from traffic, airplanes, or any other sounds; you actually get a good night sleep! The bed was very comfortable with a nice selection of different pillows (firm/soft). It is also extremely close to downtown Concord so you can walk to the shops and restaurants, if it's not too cold anyway. This is easily the best airbnb place I've stayed at so far. Thanks Stacey & Dick!!

Stacey and Dick are very welcoming and the location is a short walk into town. This is my 2nd stay - I come to town for work frequently - and plan to continue staying here. Very quiet and comfortable which is terrific after a long day of work.
I work as a freelancer from home as a "photo-stylist" which means I cast, prop, scout locations for photographers. My husband has an advertising agency in Boston. We have been living in Concord for 22 years and now our children are grown and we have rooms to spare.
