We have 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, each with a queen bed that share a private bath. The first room is $95/night thru Airbnb and the second room (which can only be requested if you book the first room so you only share the bath with friends or family) is $75/night which must be booked directly through us not through Airbnb. We can accommodate up to 4 guests.
We are licensed through the Town of Concord to have Airbnb guests.
Our street is tree lined and quiet even though 1 block from the center of town with restaurants, music, shopping, cafes, parks, theater, conservation land & a terrific yoga studio all steps away. We border beautiful walking, biking & running trails. Concord is a mecca for road bikers, historians, tourists & athletes.
Concord & West Concord are famous for it's numerous, unique shops. There are tons of activities going on all year and free music playing almost every night at Main St Cafe 2 blocks away.
Please feel free to "inquire" about our fantastic location in the heart of charming Concord Center before you book. Home of the revolution, Thoreau, Emerson, Walden Pond, Concord is 30 minutes from Boston & Cambridge. There is a commuter train less than 1 mile from our house that is easily walk-able so having a car, though nice, is optional. We also have Uber or Lyft which is about $35 to get to Boston if the train schedule isn't convenient. Uber/Lyft are about $10/12 for local rides in the Concord area.
We have a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and a fridge in our kitchen that you are welcome to use. Our dinner is between 6:15PM-7:30PM.
We do not provide meals but have coffee, tea, and condiments.
If you need early check in or late check out times please let us know since we can most likely accommodate.
Interaction with guests
We love to meet and interact with our guests but we also love our privacy and respect theirs. We are sometimes away so not always present during our guests stay.
