Our home offers a fully stocked chef's kitchen with island, ample dining and living rooms, high speed wifi + Sonos, peaceful backyard and easy muni access. We also have a one-car garage and a Peloton.

Our house is perfect for families or business travelers.

The space
Our home offers three very comfortable bedrooms.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bath.

A second bedroom has a twin bed.

The third bedroom has a queen bed (this is a pullout but it's the pullout from Room & Board and is as comfortable as a normal bed).

We love to cook and entertain so our kitchen and bar are fully stocked. The dining room is perfect for a quick meal or dinner party with 10 guests comfortably seated at the antique barn table.

The living room and backyard offer sunshine and solace throughout the day.

We're two blocks from the N-Judah muni, three blocks from Golden Gate park and a five minute walk to the heart of Cole Valley - considered one of the most charming neighborhoods in San Francisco.

Note: This is our primary home and we AirBNB it from time to time when we travel for longer stretches. For that reason, we do not remove all of our belongings from the closets, dressers, etc. That said, we will always make sure there's hanging space for your stuff but we would understand if you'd prefer a full-time rental property, which this is not. The benefit of this is that our kitchen is TOTALLY stocked!!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house, including the garage should you need to park your car during your stay (during weekdays there's only two hour parking on the street if you're not a resident).

We have high speed WIFI and a Sonos system with speakers in most rooms in the house. We also have cable and various streaming services connected to a large flat screen should you want to watch TV on your vacation (why would you want to do that?).

We've got all sorts of restaurant recommendations and will help you plan your perfect visit to the city.

We have some house rules that are very important to us - they shouldn't be an issue for families and business travels:

1. No smoking - there is absolutely no smoking in or around our house. We have neighbors on both sides of our house and they can smell the smoke from the backyard.

2. No parties - we've had some bad experiences with renters hosting others in our home without letting us know. For that reason, we have a zero tolerance policy on parties. If you plan to have people over for a meal or what-have-you that's never a problem. Please just let us know if people other than the registered guests will be coming over.

3. Noise - this is a quiet and close-knit neighborhood. We had a renter once blare obscene music out of the front window of our house and, as you can imagine, it really irritated our neighbors. If you plan to play music loudly we're not well suited to host you.
