The Tack House nestles in a rare conservation area of outstanding historical beauty. As part of an estate, the Tack House has been converted into a beautiful bijoux living area within the simple and quiet surroundings. Private, secluded and safe the house allows you to enjoy Cornwall away from the hustle and bustle of of the masses but a walk away from the stunning 3 miles of golden sands that languish the rugged cliffs.
Sit, read, muse, contemplate or discover: let it be the heart of your trip

The space
A walk from the centre of this almost forgotten part of the Penwith district, Hayle has everything Cornwall can offer. From cool bars like ‘Salt’ to classic pubs and cafes. There are also a variety of eateries from; Thai, Italian, Indian, local fish and chips, famous Philps Pasties, beach bars and street food all within walking distance.
Enjoy the park and pond at the end of the lane housing wild turtles and Coy Carp: Birds of Paradise up the road offers a tropical feel to any holiday and the award winning sub- tropical gardens adjacent to the open air Lido house beautiful flora with artwork dotted throughout.
The estuary has worldwide appeal bringing people from around the globe to marvel rare birds on their migration route. The Quay House and Birdies offer food and refreshments at the foot of the estuary.
Then of course there is the most famous (and expensive for its distance) picturesque train ride into St.Ives. The train track meanders through the sand dunes of Lelant (Porthkidney), a muse to many a painter overlooking the myriad of colours bouncing off the mouth of Hayle estuary.
