  • Tressa's place is in a great location for any activity in downtown Austin. She was very pleasant to deal with and her property was exactly as advertised.

  • Tressa's place and location was fantastic for our weekend at ACL! It truly is walking distance to everything you will need. Tressa was a great host as well, responding promptly to any questions or requests we had. In addition, she surprised us with breakfast treats, snacks and local beers.
We will definitely be requesting her place again next year.

  • Highly recommended!

I have booked the appartment from Germany and had in beginning some concerns about this kind of arrangement. They have been for no reason. I had no problems with getting in contact with her and arranging things. The landlord is really relaxed, she provided everything as described.
It is definitely a nice place to stay in Austin, especially if you are travelling in groups.

  • This was a wonderful apartment with all the amenities one could ask for! Tressa even left us some great coffees, wines and some bottled water! The apartment was immaculately clean and had interesting Jazz and Elvis decorations on the walls. The location was great because it was in striking distance to all downtown hotspots as well as near some great eateries in the W 6th area. Ample parking, plenty of linens, and powerful air conditioning meant we had all the comforts of home during the warm Texas days. Having a big flat screen TV helped us never miss an NBA playoff game! ;-)

Thanks again Tressa, would not hesitate to book again on a return visit!

  • What a fantastic experience! I'll never use a hotel again.

I brought a group of 7 girls to stay in downtown Austin for a bachelorette party and Tressa was a fantastic host. Very communicative, easy to reach, and concerned with making sure her guests have a fantastic stay.

The location was perfect for downtown activities and we walked to 6th Street for our night out on the town with no problem.

I would highly recommend this property and Tressa as a host!

  • What a great place to stay! It was quiet, yet walking distance to everything! Sherie and Tressa were wonderful hosts! They even left us wine, OJ, milk and danishes.

Thank you for a wonderful Austin experience!
