This beach house cabin sits 100ft from the coast of Lake Superior. Situated on Long Beach, the property has kayaks, a canoe, and a bonfire pit. All of which can be enjoyed responsibly and in some cases, with supervision.

This area takes our breath away on a daily basis so please do treat our oasis with respect 👍

The cabin is 12 minutes from the town of Wawa and is surrounded by the many incredible hiking trails of Lake Superior Provincial Park!

The space
Long Beach is shared with friendly, nature-loving neighbours who walk the beach regularly. We so highly recommend a stroll down the beach just before sunset and/or a paddle along Superior’s coastline during your visit! Star-gazing on clear nights while taking in the warmth of a bonfire is also a must.

This cabin sits at the end of Long Beach Rd. The neighborhood is full of wildlife like foxes, rabbits, eagles, and the occasional bear or moose. Just next door at Government dock is Naturally Superior Adventures a paddling rental and guiding outfitter. Down the road in the other direction is Sandy Beach where famous Canadian Group of Seven artist A.Y Jackson painted landscapes. A trail just down the road can take guests from Silver Falls to Scenic High Falls in just 3kms. A trip through Wawa wouldn't be complete without a visit the big Goose or berry picking before heading north or south to one of the incredible parks.

During your stay

During your stay, primary residents Steve and Linnea, will be available as our log home sits on top of a hill on the property. We will likely be out and about enjoying the summer weather and we’d love to give local tips on the best things to do in the area/most beautiful sights to see!
