Springfield is the home of Abe Lincoln, as well as the state capital of Illinois. Other things to note
Please note we do not allow the hosting of unauthorized parties for non-registered guests, which includes family gatherings, reunions dinner parties, photoshoots, etc. Parties are also in violation of Airbnb regulations.
We have a strict policy of no pets and no smoking. We have a 6-guest-limit policy. This is in a residential area, so we ask that you respect the neighbors'; privacy regarding these policies and noise and parking. Please drive slowly and do not block the neighbors' driveway.
We provide bedding, kitchenware, bath linens, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic cleaning supplies.
