Tucked on five private acres near Joshua Tree National Park, this 2016 Flying Cloud Airstream blends comfort and adventure. Relax under the stars, soak in the wood-fired hot tub, or watch a movie on the outdoor projector. With a fenced yard, outdoor shower, and peaceful mountain views, it’s the perfect high-desert escape for couples, solo travelers, and stargazers.

The space
This Airstream is made for slow living and desert adventure. Set on a private, fenced yard with sweeping views, it’s your own little basecamp for exploring Joshua Tree.

Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, a cozy living area, and a small kitchen with sink, stove, microwave, fridge, and all essentials for easy meals. There’s an indoor shower, plus an outdoor shower for warm-weather days.

The bathroom is a few steps from the Airstream, it's a private outhouse with a full flushing toilet (please note there is no toilet inside the Airstream).

You’ll have private use of the Airstream, fenced yard, hot tub, patio, and outdoor spaces.

Free parking on-site.

We (your hosts) live on the property in a separate home with a full privacy fence, there are no shared spaces but you may see us in the driveway or hear us in our yard.

Other things to note
The wood-fired hot tub takes about 90–120 minutes to heat; bring your own firewood and kindling.

Both the firepit and hot tub must not be used if the wind is above 10 mph (county rule).

Roads are sandy; most cars are fine, but very low vehicles or large vans may have difficulty.

House on the property: We live next door on the property. You might see us in the driveway (we'll say hello if so!) or hear us in our yard, but we’re quiet and keep to ourselves. The yards are separated by a fence with privacy panels.

There is a military base in 29 Palms, on a very rare occasion we can hear training.

Pet friendly (2 dogs max). No dogs on furniture or left unattended.

Wildlife:

You may spot coyotes, jackrabbits, roadrunners, lizards, and other desert creatures. The desert is peaceful but alive with nature, keep doors closed and food sealed, and enjoy the quiet rhythm of this wild landscape.
