This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests will have access to the backyard of the main home. Please no parties or loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance.

The space
This is a cozy studio apartment with a vintage drainboard kitchen sink, mini fridge, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. The high ceilings and beautiful lighting give it a spacious feel. The bed is queen sized with a Dreamfoam mattress that provides a medium-soft comfort level. This mattress receives 5 stars from owners! We have recently added an adjustable bed frame which is great for sitting up and reading or watching TV in bed. We use high quality linens and soft, fluffy pillows. There is a smart TV connected to WiFI (no cable) for streaming your favorite apps. The adjoining bathroom has a walk in shower, pedastal sink, toilet, and wardrobe for storing clothing. The apartment has a large AC unit that can be set to your liking. This property has vinyl plank flooring that is pet friendly and perfect for wet sandy feet. The apartment is located in a family oriented neighborhood with many adorable craftsmen style homes built in the early 1900s. The city pool is just a few blocks away. The beach is only 1/2 mile away. There are several covenience stores located nearby in case you forgot something at the grocery store. Its 3 miles to the Strand Historic District and 4 miles to Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn.
