THE PALMS This amazing renovated warehouse studio apt. is one of the three in the building. It is right in the middle of the historic downtown Galveston bars and restaurants. It’s 1 mile exactly to the beach and historic Galveston pleasure pier! FREE off-road parking! 2 FREE BIKES!

The space
This is the coolest location downtown. Enter down the well lite path to the right of Emily's. 'The Palms" will be the 2nd black door on the left. Quiet, safe and quick walk to "mod" coffee shop and all of the finest locally owned restaurants Galveston has to offer. Everything is located a block or 2 between the historic strand and Post Office Street. You are 1 mile walk from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier
