Fantastic modern apartment with absolutely stunning sea views, sunny terrace and direct access to the beach. Secured beachfront development Romana Playa offers three outdoor pool areas and kids playground. The sandy beach is clean, family friendly and one of the best in east Marbella (Elviria). The area is very lively within walking distance to various restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Marbella town centre is 15 mins drive.

The space
Bright and modern apartment has been totally reformed in 2020. It has a living room with open plan small kitchen (no dishwasher), one bedroom with sea views, shower room and south facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun and fantastic sea views all day long!

New mattress in the bedroom (updated January 2025) size 1.60x2.00

Every room has smart TV to watch Netflix/Youtube and AC unit (heat/cold) for total comfort. Fast Wi-Fi, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace.


The apartment located on the 5th floor with lift. Secured outdoor parking onsite.

PLEASE NOTE: no dishwasher in the kitchen.

The apartment is best suitable for a couple or young family with young 1-2 kids.

In 700 meters you have Elviria shopping area. Here you can find two big supermarkets, grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, many bars and many restaurants. As well as biggest adventure park of Andalusia - Amazonia park.
In just 3km (5min by car) you have two local supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl that offer you food supplies, fresh fish, vegetables and fresh baked bread.

Within a 4km you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants.

Marbella city center and old town just 15 min drive, the most famous harbor Puerto Banus - 20 min drive.

For golf lovers, within short drive Cabopino Golf course or Santa María Golf Club: an 18 holes course in which you can enjoy a permanent view of the sea while you swing.
