About this listing
Benvenuti a casa nostra!

Just a fantastic apartment! It's in a great location away from the crowds, a five minute walk to the vaparetto, supermarket and superb local restaurants. We were met by Christine and everything went perfectly, the bubby and pastries were great too! Great for families.
A wonderful apartment. Met by Chritine at the Vaporetto stop and a short, easy walk to the apartment. The apartment is large and clean, and the air conditioner worked wonderfully well to help us survive the extreme heat and humidity. Amazing view over a small canal, best gelateria just 1 minute away, as well as great restaurants and a supermarket and lovely square. The area is less touristy than many others which we loved, yet it was only 5-10 min walk to Rialto bridge. Would be back in a flash.
This is the perfect apartment for a family. It is located in a charming family friendly neighborhood near a vaporetto stop so you can easily travel around Venice. After walking through crowds in St. Marks Square it was a relief to return to a quiet area of the city. As described the view from the living room is magical. My daughter sat near the window counting gondolas as they passed by below. The apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful. On arrival Pierantonio's assistant Christine met us at the vaporetto stop and escorted us to the apartment where a chilled bottle of Prosecco and a basket of snacks awaited us. Spectacular apartment! Spectacular hosts!
The apartment is perfect and we would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to have a perfect stay in Venice. We met with Christine at the S. Stae waterbus and she gave us some tips. Follow her tips and you see the best and not expensive restaurants in Venice.
Absolutely perfect. We especially like that it was close to the water bus stop yet tucked away on a quiet spot. We were greeted by a wonderful host who provided an escort to the apartment, walked us through to make sure we knew of all the amenities and provided essential tips for navigating the city. The apartment was charming and in spotless condition. Especially appreciated air conditioning and strong wifi. If we ever have he opportunity to visit Venice again we will definitely stay here again.
This apartment served us very well in Venice. Not only was it a straight forward walk of a few minutes from the vaporetto stop, but it also was very generously stocked with everything a traveler might need, from iron, ironing board, all the necessary kitchen appliances (including dishwasher), washing machine, to some basic food supplies. I was surprised (and delighted) to find a container of milk in the fridge when we arrived, as well as croissants, etc. There also was a bottle of proscecco that we thoroughly enjoyed while looking out the combined dining room/living room window at our local canal (also visible from kitchen window). It was a perfect spot for the two of us. Mosquitoes were the only thing that marred our time here, but I quickly learned to keep the windows closed. I was remiss in not bringing insect repellant on this trip, which I now understand is a necessity for Italy in the summer.
