The ILIOR Retreat Mykonos it a truly unique countryside property on the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation with family and friends, for a yoga or meditation retreat or for a corporate team building trip.

The space
The property is located approximately 20 minutes by car from Mykonos Town (“Chora”), Mykonos International Airport and the New Port, in a secluded and rural area close to the village of Ano Mera, where all needed facilities can be found within a 5min drive from the house. Built on a land plot of over 2000m2 in traditional Cycladic architecture with all contemporary features, the property comfortably hosts up to 14 overnight guests (max. 12 adults and 2 children) in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and a guest WC on three floors of the main house and an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the guest house. It offers extensive outdoor spaces with several shaded pergolas, lounge areas, dining areas, an outdoor sports ground with synthetic grass, a traditional Myconian barbecue and of course a large swimming pool with massage jets. The house is fully air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. It has three kitchens (two indoor and one outdoor), a laundry room and a
storage room.
Full hotel-style personalised hospitality can be provided in a homey atmosphere, this includes white Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, bathroom amenities, Nespresso machines and the possibility to book private chef dinners, barbecue evenings and delivery of fresh breakfast every morning as well as every day cleaning and laundry services for an additional fee. The ILIOR concierge will be more than happy to book any additional arrangements for guests, such as transfers, rental cars, boat trips, excursions and restaurant and beach club reservations.
The plot is fully fenced and secured with a remote controlled entry gate, CCTV intercom and an has an Alarm system connected to a local security patrol for immediate assistance 24/7.

The main house extends to 3 floors and is built in traditional Cycladic architecture with all modern features. On the entry level you will find the living room, dining room, main kitchen and a guest toilet. On the upper floor you will find the 55m2 Alpha suite with a king size bed and an extra double sofa bed, as well as a walk-in closet and a large bathroom and 2 balconies with beautiful rural and sea views. On the lower floor you will find 4 additional bedrooms, two double rooms with a shared bathroom (Delta and Epsilon), One double room with an ensuite bathroom (Gamma), and one triple room with a dedicated small bathroom (ideal as children's room). In the guest house right next to the main house you will find an additional (6th) bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a beautiful outdoor area with some sea view.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access all spaces of the property except for an outdoor storage room and the laundry room. You will be able to use the washing machine and the dryer when the cleaning personnel is present.

Other things to note
Bathroom amenities and essentials, such as bottled water, Nespresso capsules, hand soap and dish washing liquid are provided. We provide light cleaning which includes change of towels every 3-4 days during your stay and change of bed linen once per week if your stay is longer than a week. The pool is cleaned professionally every 3-4 days during your stay.
