The space
The private studio is a brilliant self-contained house set apart from the house. The studio flat is separate from the main property and is perfect for those who want privacy.

This studio flat has two comfortable bed. Comfortable king-size bed and a double bed as can be seen in the pictures. This house is ideal for families with children as we have a newly developed park just around the corner ( a travel cot for a child is also available on request).

Please read - You are renting a newly developed flat built in the back of our house with separate entrance and en-suite. Microwave and fridge and freezer is also there.

The room comes with an en-suite shower room. The studio flat also contains 40Inches Smart TV and NetFlix.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A hairdryer, basic toiletries are also provided. Fresh towels and clean linens are provided for all our guests.

There is private access via covered secure driveway and off-road parking with no extra cost. You will be provided with your house key and main entrance key.

I am a teacher and, my wife is a Doctor but not practising at the moment due to caring for our beautiful young daughter.

Being polite and considerate to others is important to me. It’s more typical of me to be the quiet guest, but I also enjoy a chat, debate and discussion about almost anything. Love to cook (but certainly no expert) - favourite speciality is Chicken Korma at the moment - also a sucker for traditional Asian food ....
