Williamsburg Sublet: South Side.
This is not a share - you get the whole loft.
Fully furnished, unique, comfortable, large, quiet, clean loft with a lot of charm and elegance. Top floor of a classic New York pre-war brownstone with very high ceilings-up to 20 ft. Very special place with Alice in Wonderland charming details and modern comfort. A flood of morning light arrives with the sunrise from East window exposures and amazing sunset views of the sun coming down over the Manhattan skyline from the windows to the West. Upstairs loft bed (loft area-not a stand up room) and downstairs full size couch/ fold back bed inside the loft area that can be curtained off from the main room.
Another bed could be set up for more than 2 guests but I do prefer couples only as it cuts down on the amount of traffic in the hallways for the full time residents.
Ideal for travelers / couples who want a true New York experience. A fun, great, convenient location.
Located in South Williamsburg. Around the corner from some amazing restaurants like Marlow and Sons, Diner, Fatty Cue and Dressler. This is not a brand new building with modern amenities but a unique loft with original deep sink appliances, white enamel stoves and a claw foot bathtub.
Wireless connection is available. Living area with TV/DVD player. Dining area. Office Area with a view of Manhattan. 1 Queen size bed and 1 Full bed. Fully equipped kitchen.
L train and JMZ trains nearby and one stop away from Manhattan.
*** Please note that the current pictures reflect the Winter layout and not the Summer days in which I move the main bed downstairs. This would be located where the white couch is located and the second bed will only be set if needed.
A $100 one time cleaning fee applies for periods of 7 days or more- to be paid upon arrival. Security Deposit T.B.D. will be required on or before check-in. Check IN time is negotiable but Check OUT time is noon and bags can be arranged to be held until needed for flight. If there is not a booking on the same day of departure than Check OUT time is also negotiable.
No Smoking Preferred- Balcony you can smoke on or outside in the front foyer.
My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Young's loft. Looks just like the photos. Good location...Williamsburg was awesome.
Great stay. The loft is beautiful and is located perfectly. Young is a great host and I couldn't have asked for anything more.
Young was very easy to get in touch with and was always helpful. The unit was well maintained and provided an ideal home base while visiting friends in Brooklyn. Grocery store, coffee shops, etc. are all very close. I plan on staying here next time I come to Brooklyn and would recommend it to others.
Young was a great Host!! As an artist I fell in love with the loft. Its with out a doubt a dream stay. So beautifully designed. Young was great with communicating and was very helpful ! Would definitely stay there again.
Thanks to Young and her beautiful home we had an amazing holiday! The studio was exactly as described, great location, amenities and comfort! With a romantic surprise on the ceiling as you fall asleep!
It's such a cool 'art gallery' studio space, everything you need is here.
I'd also like to highlight that Young was not only a welcoming host, but provided brilliantly simple directions and excellent recommendations for the local area and the transport.
Thank you so much for your hospitality and I would recommend your place to a friend in a heart beat!

The place is beautiful & the pictures are pretty accurate to what the apartment looks like. It's lovely and spacious. (Aside from the bathroom being pretty tight, but that didn't bother us.) The perfect size for the three of us.
The neighbourhood is okay, but once you do some exploring, the trendy side of Williamsburg is not that far away. Some lovely cafes & organic markets, if you do some exploring.
It's the top 4th floor apartment without an elevator, so getting all our luggage up the tight staircase was a mission. But it was fine.
Easy public transport, 10-15 minute walk & then another 15 minutes and you're in Times Square.
An overall positive experience & a wonderful first time in New York.
