Bright north and east sunshine bathes the interior of this exceptional beach home. Nestled in a landscaped tropical setting that carries through to the rear entertaining area complete with a master-built pizza oven for the ambitious chef.

A centrally positioned open plan kitchen - with dishwasher, gas stovetop and dining, family lounge with split system and log fire, separate entertaining lounge/theatre room with north-facing windows, master bedroom with ensuite and WIR. At the other end, 2 bedrooms, a large full bathroom with a separate toilet, and a tucked-away laundry.

The home has Chrome Cast so bring all your favourite series along on holidays or else watch one of the home's large collections of DVDs. Also, there's plenty of board games for you to enjoy.

Area 51 is pet friendly, we have 2 kennels and kitty litter trays for your convenience and your loved one's comfort.
