Located 21st floor of the stylish URBN Escalante building in the heart of San José, this modern one bedroom apartment has all the amenities for a pleasurable stay. Feel free to make use of the lobby with 24/7 concierge, heated pool, lounge area, co-working spaces, gym, yoga room, cinema, library, BBQ area and playground. Internet is available at all common areas as well as high-speed internet connection -100Mbps- in the apartment. 5-10 minute walk to Pubs, Restaurants and Supermarkets.

The space
The bright bedroom offers an intimate atmosphere with spectacular balcony sunset views of the city and mountains. The queen size bed with comfortable linen, memory foam hypoallergenic pillows, blackout roller shades and the provided earplugs will guarantee a good night's sleep.

The sofa is the perfect place to kick back and catch a movie or your favorite TV program on the wall-mounted huge flatscreen smart TV. You'll have conectivity to Youtube and Netflix.

The apartment has one full bathroom with beautiful neutral-toned tiling and plenty storage and counter space. Step into the spacious shower with rainfall showerhead and feel free to use the soft towels provided.

Everything you need to cook your meals can be found in the bright, open kitchen. It's fully-equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, countertop oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery. The spacious glass dining table with comfortable chairs is a great eating spot, or as a working station if needed.
