This spacious studio apartment has one open room and can accommodate 4 guests comfortably and 1 mile from Hammocks Beach State Park, 10 minute drive to Emerald Isle, and 12 miles from Camp Lejeune. There is a dock for fishing, kayaking through the marsh to the intercostal waterway. Shared pool/hot tub access. Jen offers massages in the shed by the pool (Jen's Zen Den). Ed and I love where we live-this is our “staycation”! I retired after teaching high school math at Camp Lejeune and my husband is a retired Marine Corps sergeant major. Now I am a massage therapist and math tutor. Our three kiddos are now adults, with our youngest finishing college at ECU, our middle is a horse wrangler on Cedar Island, and our oldest lives in Albany NY doing HVAC work.. We love to take the boat out and go the the beach at Emerald Isle or just sit by the pool.
