Nestled in stunning Alki Beach, our three-bedroom home boasts soaring windows, abundant natural light, a spa-like master bathroom with heated floors, and a huge rooftop deck with water and mountain views.
1 min walk - La Rustica Italian Restaurant
2 min drive/10 min walk - Boardwalk, filled with food + bar options; Pickleball + Tennis
4 min drive - Wheel Fun Rentals (bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, etc.)

The space
Steps away from the Puget Sound and Alki Beach restaurants. Impeccably furnished with hotel-grade white bedding, this million-dollar home is the perfect spot to relax with friends and family after a day on the beach. This spacious townhouse is sure to have something for everyone in your group.
BEDROOMS:
The home boasts 3 bedrooms, with 5 beds in total:
- The first floor offers a secluded bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, perfect for the quieter members of your group.
- The second floor features a large family area fully stocked with games, coffee, a bottle of wine, and access to multiple streaming services. This floor includes your expansive kitchen, sprawling floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide-screen TV, and a half bath. The kitchen includes all the dishes and almost any cooking device you might need!
-The third floor is the living quarters. There is a king bedroom facing a quiet street that enjoys abundant sunlight with a line of sight to the sound (pro tip: crack the window open in the morning to smell the salt from the sound). The queen bedroom offers views of the sound and dramatic lighting during sunset.
- Last but not least, your roof deck offers a quiet space to gather with friends and family while watching the sunset over the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

We understand that everyone loves traveling with their pet. While we are a pet-friendly short-term rental (complimentary treats are provided for your pooch!), we do charge a pet fee. This pet fee covers the additional cleaning required after pets. The pet fee is $25/day.
