Staying in this beautiful and comfortable studio was one of the highlights of our trip. It was very spacious and clean, and Margot was very accommodating even providing an extra blanket on request. My favorite part of the experience war the thoughtful provisions, fresh roasted organic coffee, organic half and half, raw sugar cubes, and of course the delicious homemade scones. For anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay while in Eugene I would highly recommend staying at the Bright, airy studio in the trees.
We had a great time staying at Margot's studio. The listing was comfortable, bright and well furnished and exactly as described. The location is close to town and the neighborhood is very quiet.
Margot was very welcoming and helpful, the refrigerator and cupboards were well stocked (the homemade scones were delicious) and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Our host was most friendly and welcoming. Margot also provided us with suggestions for our drive to the coast. The space was perfect just as advertised, clean, comfortable, airy and bright. The breakfast items were delicious and replenished each day. It was very quiet and in an neighbourhood we could walk to a forested area.
The space was well thought out to include any items a guest might need.
I would recommend this accomodation to any couple. If stairs are an issue it might be a slight challenge.
Hope to come again.

What an absolutely lovely stay. The space is welcoming, the views are beautiful, & Margot has thought of everything to make it a relaxing stay.
For only one night or staying a few, this is your place.
The studio in the trees was a lovely, peaceful get-away. Walking distance to Hayward Filed was perfect since we came to Eugene for The Pre Classic. The homemade scones and breakfast items were a nice, unexpected details we really appreciated. We will be back!
We had a delightful stay in this "studio in the trees"! Our hostess was welcoming and attended to all sorts of small details. The space was pristine clean and well designed... a pleasure on all fronts...one of the nicest airbnb units we've ever experienced.
The studio was great: clean, spacious accommodation for a good price. The scones were delicious! Head and shoulders above staying at a hotel. Two thumbs up for a lovely space and knowledgeable, attentive hostess.
About the Host, Margot
I'm a retired elementary school principal from Eugene, Oregon. My husband is an architect. One son lives with his wife and young daughter in Brooklyn, NY. Our other son lives in the San Francisco area. Airbnb is a great resource for finding places to stay when we visit our children. We love Eugene, a progressive university town close to the ocean and the mountains, but visiting two vibrant cities is always a pleasure. The diversity, museums, restaurants, and plays are particular attractions. I just love walking in the city, particularly when I'm pushing my granddaughter in her stroller in Brooklyn! Other interests for me include hiking and backpacking, rowing with a crew, reading, movies, theatre, cooking, birding and travel.
