The Mumbles, Wales, United Kingdom

Mumbles is a famous fishing village in South Wales, with the Lighthouse a prominent feature.

The Little Red House is conveniently situated in the heart of the village with the promenade a few minutes walk away with an array of cafes, fine dining and famous takeaway fish and chips.

Joes ice cream parlor is a national favorite, along with Verdis cafe further along the promenade.

Newton Road, leading up to Oystermouth castle has plenty of unique boutique shops and bars to explore along with the Castle itself. Don't forget to get a Love Spoon from the Love spoon Gallery or a bowl of fresh cockles from the famous indoor Market in Swansea city center.

Gower's famous coastal path starts at Limeslade Bay, which makes The Little Red House an ideal choice for hiking and walking breaks with family or friends.

Surfing is particularly popular in the local bays; Langland and Caswell along with local boat trips and Langland Golf club is also all on the doorstep.
