116 Brambles Chine is a beautifully decorated Chalet within a 5 minutes walk to Brambles chine beach, you can walk along the beach to restaurants and beach shops, including the very popular seafood restaurant The Hut at Colwell Bay
This property is perfect for exploring the island and has a playing field, pitch and putt, and woodland walk leading to Yarmouth Harbour on site.

Accessibility Statement
🏠 Single-Level Property: The accommodation is located entirely on the ground floor, with no internal stairs, making it more suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
🚪 Entry: Although the interior is step-free, the entrance has a small step or threshold, which means it does not provide full wheelchair access. Additionally, internal doors are standard width, which means they are likely unsuitable for wheelchair users.
🛏️ Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the same level. Master bedroom has a standard double bed and the second room has two standard size single beds.
🚻 Bathroom: The bathroom is standard and lacks adaptations for individuals with mobility issues. This is something we are working towards, but at present it is neither wheelchair accessible nor suitable for anyone prone to falls, etc (no grab bars, walk-in shower, or raised toilet).
🚗 Parking and Access: There is on-road parking directly outside the chalet.
