Karen was able to make a last minute booking when my plans changed - everything about the stay was easy & comfortable. She gave my daughter a separate spot, which we didn't expect but was great. I'll go back!
This is a great place to stay. The house is is very clean and very pretty. The grounds and surrounding areas are also beautiful. Karen is a kind and thoughtful hostess. She is also very flexible. I would like to stay here again when I return.
Staying at Karen's house was a brief but very enjoyable experience. The bedroom was comfortable and the adjoining bathroom spotlessly clean. Lack of time, and bad weather, prevented us from exploring the large garden, but the parts of it we could see through the rain looked very attractive. What will linger in the memory, however, was Karen's friendliness and the interesting conversations we had with her: she is a welcoming, generous and conscientious host, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay with her again if - or when - we revisit Olympia.
Charming cottage, with restful, pastoral environment. Accomodations were excellent. Soft, clean linens and blankets, comfortable shower and plenty of closet space and hangers. I had full use of the washer and dryer, as well as kitchen, living and dining rooms and front porch. The porch is perfect for a glass of wine in the evening or an early am cup of coffee. Black Lake glimmers in the distance. Beautiful flowers indoors and out, gravel roads and lots of trees. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and have use of pots and pans, and are provided with space in the fridge. You can make your own coffee in the am, which Karen provides, along with orange juice and yogurt. Karen is a friendly and gracious host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and hope to come back.
I stayed at Karens beautiful cottage for three months while working in Olympia. Her home is beautiful and inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable and I felt like I had my own private space in her home. Karen is such a delightful and kind person. She has a great personality and once you meet her you feel like you have known her forever. I would highly recommend staying with Karen and I hope I stay with her again!
I stayed at Karen's place while I was visiting with my son who goes to Evergreen State College. The room is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The towels for guest are very high quality ones. I was impressed. If and when I stay in this area again, I definitely will book her place.
I'm a happy and secure person with a love of nature, good music of all kinds and I love people.

I look forward to hosting my guests with Air BnB. It's a new venture and
so far it's working out very well. I enjoy meeting new people and I make sure guests are as comfortable and happy with their stay as can be.
