Welcome to a simple, modern, freshly renovated two family home with the first floor newly furnished. The entire space fits up to a total of 7 guests. The inside includes 2 full bedrooms, 2 pull-out couches, an urban kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a new bathroom with glass shower doors.

The space
Upon entry it's a gated home with a staircase, front balcony, wide concrete driveway for parking convenience and a fairly wide & spacious backyard. Street side parking is included as well.
