It is our utmost pleasure to present you the Mountain Hawk Park – a boutique residence complex, situated in immediate proximity to the five-star Pirin Golf & Country Club. The complex is located strategically. The Championship golf course, designed by golfing legend Ian Woosnam, is just a few steps away, while the first-class ski-resort of Bansko is only within 10-minutes driving distance. Our brand new 5 chalets were completed and luxuriously furnished in April 2020

The space
Any given Mountain Hawk Park Chalet is an ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries while discovering the three mountain chains of Pirin, Rilla, and Rodopi in a different way. It is located in an exceptional setting, in the heart of the valley of the three mountains.
The high-quality services of the Chalets and their design, which combines both intimacy and conviviality, offer all the comfort needed so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
The layout of each Chalet and its noble materials that mix old wood and natural stones bring about a spirit of both -design and warmth. It is fully equipped so that you can feel “at home”.
All rooms are spacious and bright. They have large windows so that guests can enjoy the beautiful panorama.
GROUND FLOOR
• Beautiful living room – dining room (with exposed and lit beams) that offers exceptional volumes. You will be able to contemplate the amazing view, comfortably sitting in the large sofas, while enjoying the fireplace
• Three master bedroom with exposed and lit beams, TV, Wi-Fi, private bathroom (bath with a view or walk-in shower, separate WC). Upmarket King bed
• Finish sauna
• Ski room, and equipment for ski shoes. One can have access to the ski room either from the outside (the car park) or from the inside
• Fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine, dishwasher, etc.)

FIRST FLOOR
• Two bedrooms with exposed and lit beams, TV, one bathroom (walk-in shower and WC). Excellent king bed
BASEMENT LEVEL
• One of the chalets befits from a basement of 90 m2 comprising a small cinema theatre (TV lounge with sofas, video library, Dolby surround sound system), spa zone (Sauna with bathroom (walk-in shower and WC), snooker (billiard) table and a bar section

OUTSIDE
• Two sheltered parking lots, plus three other places for cars
• Built on a plot of land of 7000 m2, the Mountain Hawk Park Chalets offer a nice playground in summer and in winter – Garden
• Guests can have their breakfast, lunch or sun-bath on the large covered terraces
• Deckchairs and garden furniture are at your disposal so that you can enjoy every ray of sunshine

Guest access
During their stay our guests would have access to all rooms of the villa and will have the entire chalet at their disposal.

Here you can thoroughly enjoy the comforts of our new chalets, while resting assured that your children are safe and immersed in careless play in the yard, at the golf course or just horseback riding at the beautiful stables within the equestrian club, located just 250 m away from the Mountain Hawk Park. Should you decide to pamper yourself with a lush and luxurious experience, you are only a few steps away from one of the most modern and spacious spa centres in Bulgaria, spanning over 4000 m2 at the Pirin Golf & Country Club. The golf complex is there to offer a lot of shops, restaurants and bars where you should expect nothing short of excellent service, delightful international cuisine and cosmopolitan atmosphere. Our villa park is located in one of the regions of Bulgaria that are renowned at home and abroad for its mouth-watering dishes, traditional recipes and pubs where you can indulge in fantastic food and have lots of fun – Bansko, Dobrinishte, Razlog and some of the smaller towns and villages in the valley are happy to give you a warm welcome.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
Golf, mountain hikes, bike tours, rock climbing, horse riding, ATV, as well as moto crossing, and skiing are just a few of the sports you can do at one of the most picturesque Bulgarian mountains. The Mountain Hawk Park is located very near to some of the most challenging and well-maintained ski tracks in the country. You can choose between the long and wide tracks of Bansko (75 km ski slope length), and the lovely pine forest tracks of Dobrinishte (10 km ski run span)– either way, your choice will be a great one. Both locations offer lovely hiking routes along eco paths and endless flower meadows in the spring and the summer. Those who are looking for total relaxation can go for a dip in the mineral springs in the village of Banya, just 15 km away from your new home. Extreme water sports lovers should be happy to hear that the gorgeous Kresna defile and the rapids of the Struma river, the most preferred rafting river in Bulgaria, are just an 30 min-long drive away. Kovachevitsa and Lesthen, where your family and friends can enjoy some magnificent views and get in touch with virgin nature, are just an hour and a half away from the Mountain Hawk Park. And last but truly not least – Greece’s sandy beaches and fresh sea food are also an hour and a half away from your sought-after lodge.
