The houseboat was built in 2003 and has the finest amenities and is in excellent upkeep.

Ground floor:
Entrance via the welcoming terrace, leading into the bright foyer. Guest toilet, lovely full-service kitchen with adjoining dining area that seats up to 10 people. Fireplace, large windows in the southeast that leads out to a terrace with sun from morning to night. Ladder down in to the water, for a refreshing swim or, if there is ice - an ice-skating tour!

Upstairs:
Large living room with fantastic light from large windows in all directions. Sitting area, exit to the spacious terrace.

Downstairs:
Open staircase leads down to the hall. From here you reach the three bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath tub and shower, laundry room with washer and dryer. Two big bedrooms with single (or double) beds (width 120 cm) and, the master bedroom is small with a double bed (width 180 cm). To reach the double bed you have to climb a chair.

Two extra beds can be arranged by a queensize inflatable matress. Making a total of a 6-8 bed capacity depending if the 120-cm beds are used by one or two persons.

The houseboat Aqua Villa is moored in Pampas Marina, a Blueflag Marina, at the end of the bridge. There is a nice restaurant, K4, in the marina.

The rent includes everything you need, such as electricity, hot water, shoveling snow, residential parking for a car in the paddock area, 4G broadband.

Surroundings:
Despite its close proximity to Stockholm City, Pampas Marina is located in a quiet and natural area, very beautiful and serene. The neighbourhood has great walking areas, kids-farm and stables. In winter-time great slopes to go sledding and in the summer; tennis courts, jogging tracks, outdoor swimming pool, sailing school, several cafes, restaurants and more.

Ten minutes walk from the Pampas Marina is the nearest supermarket, and subway station, Västra skogen. Trains run frequently and the central station is just located four stops away (7 min).

If you like kayaking and looking for an experience out of the ordinary this is the place. Melker of Sweden, situated in the beginning of the very dock we live in, is the top rental place for kayaks in Stockholm.

We are a family of four living on our beloved houseboat in the center of Stockholm. Summertime in the marina is a lot of boats, kayaks and swimming from the deck, wintertime is ice-skating, lots of snow and cosy nights in front of the fireplace. Christopher do allot of kitesurfing and basketball, works as a comedian and producer. Madeleine is into qigong and works as a motivational speaker. We love welcoming new guests from around the world - proud of our beautiful city of Stockholm and of our houseboat, Love & Light!
