The space

Make your stay in Paris unforgettable !

My apartment is cozy, lovely, full of charm, and located 5 minutes away from Trocadero in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
You can reach anywhere in Paris in 10 to 25 minutes thanks to the amazing transportation we have in the neighborhood.

The apartment has a lot of light and is a very peaceful place to live in.
It has a large double living room, a beautiful space with an extra single bed, a couch and a large table to have pleasant meals at home.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed and many storages.
The small kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, a small oven, and anything you need to prepare your delicacies.
The bathroom has a small bathtub, to help you relax after a long day walking around this beautiful city.

The area is extremely safe and quiet, the apartment is located in a dead end street wich makes it especially peaceful (you can even hear the birds sing when it's sunny!).
You will have all the commodities around: bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, you can even do some shopping on rue de la Pompe, avenue Georges V, or even on the Champs Elysées that are 12 minutes walking from the house.
You will also find some nice dining places and some parks like the Trocadéro, or the Bois de Boulogne that is a 15 minutes walk from the house to feel surrounded by nature.

The apartment is situated between the metro stations Iéna, Boissière and Trocadéro. So you have 2 métro lines at less than 5 minutes walk, line 6 and line 9, which takes you in 30 minutes anywhere you want in the city.
There are also many buses around to go directly to Saint Germain, Jardin du Luxembourg, Pigalle, or really anywhere in Paris, this neighborhood is amazing for this. You also have a Taxi Station at Trocadero 5 minutes walk from the house if you're not an Uber user.

Careful, my flat is situated on the 4th floor without any elevator.

Pets are allowed as long as they are clean (i love them), and as long as I don't have my cat in the flat.

Equipment :
Free Wifi
Double glazing
Washing Machine
Oven and microwave
Ironing equipment
Projector (for movie nights)

Please, do not smoke in my house !

The place is perfect for anyone wishing to discover Paris in the best conditions ever!

Guest access

You will have access to everything in the house.

Interaction with guests

I am always available for my guests and ready to advise on what to do and where to go out. If I am out of the country I always stay in touch through email, phone, airbnb or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).

Other things to note

Again, no smoking in the apartment. No parties as well (seems obvious).

I was lucky enough to live in Talia's home for nearly three months this summer and loved my entire experience! Everything you see online is what you get and more! The apartment is a great size that could comfortably fit a small family with a large bed, day bed, and couch. The windows in the apartment are just as amazing in person as they look in the pictures :) The kitchen is big enough for one person to cook a good meal, but because you're in Paris you probably won't be doing too much of that! The bed is big and very comfortable; I never had a hard night's sleep the entire time I stayed here! The apartment in general is a great size for Paris - there's lots of space to walk around and you never feel confined. It really feels like a home away from home in a big city! The location is hard to beat - you're only 5 minutes from the Jardin du Trocadero which gives you a perfect view of the Eiffel Tower and two main métro lines to access the entire city. My whole stay I was never more than 30 minutes away from door to destination taking the métro! There are also a lot of bus lines around if you prefer and walking along the Seine is always a fun way to go! Walking you are about 35-40 minutes from the Musée d'Orsay, 20 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, and only 15 from the famous Pont de Bir-Hakeim (the bridge from Inception). Downstairs there's a great boulangerie with lots of breakfast, lunch, and desert options throughout the day (try the tarte aux fraises, you won't be disappointed). Probably the most convenient part of the apartment is the fact that a Monop' (a small grocery store) is on the way home to the apartment from the métro stop. I probably stopped in there every other day for supplies. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in the area, too! As a young woman, one of my main priorities was picking a good location in Paris, and this turned out be a great one. I never once felt unsafe walking from the métro to the apartment at night, and the streets around the apartment are quiet at night apart from the occasional night of a soccer game. You could come home around 1 or 2 and the cafes outside the métro station would still be open because it's such a touristy area which, for me, was a comfort. All in all, if you're even thinking about booking Talia's apartment - do it! Talia was super friendly and accommodating hostess during my stay, and I never had a problem reaching her if I needed anything. Her apartment really feels like a home and it played a big part in one of the best summers of my life. I would jump at the chance of staying here again when I make it back to Paris!...

Our family of 3 feels fortunate to have stayed at Talia's flat during the summer. It was my husband and daughter's first time in Paris and the location of the flat was perfect for our family. It also felt safe for us even at night. Also, the flat was peaceful. The flat was conveniently located close to the Eiffel tower and to the Metro. The flat itself was bright, comfortable, had lots of natural light and cozy. It had everything we needed. The size of the flat is magnificent! Talia was very helpful and was good at communicating with us. We will recommend her flat to our friends!

Staying at Talia's Trocadero flat was the best decision my boyfriend and I could have made on our trip to Paris! Talia was unable to greet us because she was out of town, therefore she had her friend meet us who was absolutely delightful! She showed us around the flat with accurate, detailed, and vital information. Meeting Talia at the end of our stay proved that both her and her friends and some of the nicest most welcoming people! Her flat is full of character, color, conveniences, and Parisian charm! It is up a fourth floor walk up in a beautiful building so close to Trocadero Park and several metro lines. Her cat Alice is a joy, so beautiful and friendly, I am totally in love, and so wish I could stay in Talia's flat with Alice for years to come! She has a full kitchen, dining area, washer, house plants, soft bed, movie collection… I mean, wow, it was wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again, and can't wait for our next trip so that we can!

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding in Paris and it helped make it one of our best vacations ever! The apartment itself is charming, clean, and cozy and Thalia provides you with all the information and details you'll need for her apartment and even had a nice little personalized handwritten notebook available for you to help you explore Paris through her eyes. The most valuable asset of her apartment is the location. It's located in a trendy neighborhood in the 16th on a famous avenue and in between two Paris landmarks the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower with the Trocadero a 5 min walk. Within 5-10 mins walk from your doorstep is a great mix of Parisian Bistros and Cafes (Carette) and also some American Style Pubs and Delis ( Frog XVI and Schwartz's), three Metro stations, multiple ATMs, taxi stand, bus station, two bike rental stations, and multiple groceries. The apartment has decent wifi, a large iMac, washer, full kitchen with all the cooking and eating utensils you need, iron and ironing board, 42" flat screen with French channels,DVD player with several DVD collections in English (Friends

This was my first AirBnB experience so I was skeptical going into it, and very pleased coming out of it. Talia was not only very kind, but generous as well. My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights at her apartment which was perfectly located for us, near the eiffel tower, and it was just as she advertised. No hidden surprises. We had to check out of her place by noon on our last day but Talia allowed us to leave our luggage at her parents apartment very near by, as we were not departing Paris until evening. This was HUGE help to us and was greatly appreciated. I would recommend her place to any couple staying in Paris. The bed is extremely comfortable, the apartment is cozy, the location is lovely and we truly enjoyed our stay.

I'm French, Lebanese & Colombian. I love traveling and discovering new cultures. I'm absolutely in love with Paris so i can give you tips and advices on where to go, and what to do.
I'm a Designer so I'm passionate about images, you'll see in my apartment that you have many books and dvd's that you can use during your stay.
I love a nice meal, so I can give you some great addresses, and if you want to cook at home I'll show you where you can have the best products near the house (we have a few organic stores 5 minutes away).
I'm a positive person, that loves life and nature, I always had animals in the house and I currently have a cat. The house will be clean and may be cat-free during your stay, but I don't advise this apartment for anyone that has allergies.

I'm permanently connected and the more we talk to each other the better it is for the both of us.

Hope I'll hear from you soon! And don't be afraid to send a long message full of questions and stories about you, I love them! Communication is the key!
