Location is very guest and small pet friendly (with prior Host Approval) with the bedroom separated from living area by large bathroom. NKC is centrally located in Kansas City Metropolitan area and has become a very popular and trendy place to experience. Food & fun are within walking distance.

The space
This newly remodeled small pet friendly (with prior Host Approval) duplex offers a comfortable living area adjacent to a fully equipped IKEA kitchen with full size range, refrigerator and dishwasher. An island eating area also serves as a great work from home space. A small space off the living area is perfect for reading with lots of natural light. A large bath with great shower and closet area separate the living and bedroom areas. A mission style queen size bed
and cabinet occupy the bedroom. The utility room has washer and dryer with rear entrance to the unit and easy access to off street parking. The shared front and back porches offer great nature and people watching with café table and chairs for your morning coffee.

Being centrally located and close to all the major highways enables us to take advantage of music, theater, dining, shopping and the entire KC metropolitan area quite easily.
