The house(actually 2 houses in one since there is one entrance that we share, the rest is completely private) seats in a quiet neighborhood on top of a mountain overlooking the whole city and the moiwa ski resort(20 minutes drive). The kokusai and teine resorts are a 40 minutes drive and niseko and rusutsu just under 2 hours. The hokkaido international school is a 10 minute drive away. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk and it takes you to the subway station in about 10 minutes.Downtown is a 15 minutes ride.A 24/7 convenient store is 15 minutes away by foot(2 minutes by car) and a large supermarket 20 minutes by foot(3 minutes by car) We are a 10 minute walk away from nishioka park(massive forest with a lake, great for running in the summer or country skying in the winter!!!)Our house was built just 10 years ago and is still immaculate,it has an equipped kitchen,a living room, toilet, bath, shower, and finally a japanese style tatami room with direct access to our garden(summer only) where 4 people can sleep on futons(+ 2 in 2 single beds in the living room,or bedroom if needed). The house is very comfortable for 4 people but gets a bit crowded with 6 so for large families please be aware of (website hidden) well, let me emphasize that we are in a quiet and very relaxed neighborhood, perfect to chill. If you want lots of noise and shops everywhere, downtown is probably best for you...
In the winter, when i am available i can provide guiding and transportation for all kinds of snow resort for a 10 000 yen/day fee(it just covers gas and my ski pass.....).As well for a fee of 7000 yen i can pick you up(up to 4 passengers) from the airport if my schedule allows it.If you're into winter sports, deep untouched powder,my place is the right spot for you!!!
Be good,be cool
The place was nice, clean and accommodates 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking stuff ready to use. The tatami and futon were clean and comfortable. Heating is also adequate.
Sebastien picked us up at a subway station and brought us to the accommodation. He also clearly explained how to get around and pointed us in the direction of eateries and convenience shops in the vicinity.
It was a good and enjoyable stay.
The place is very clean and comfortable for family. And also the place is close to main sapporo city, so it is easy to get access to go to main sapporo city. My family spent around 4 days and 3 nights in Sebastian house and we feels like we stay at our own home. If i will go to sapporo again, i will definitely will stay at Sebastian house.
The house is clean and is so spacious for four people. Almost with everything that needed for everyday life, the refrigerator, washing machine, heater. The Japanese-style bedroom is so unique and comfortable. We really love the decorations and the warm environment created by the host. BTW, the sight is great outside the bedroom. The location of the house is wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood, but still can get to the bus stop in 5 mins, and only takes 20-25mins( the most) to the Sumikawa subway station. The host is so nice, we arrived at midnight, he still came to the subway station to fetch us. Really a great place to stay in Sapporo! ：D
The house is pretty nice and warm. We have 5 adults and sleep very well every nights. This place is about 20mins drive to Sapporo station.
Sebastians Place is very nice and totally worth it. We enjoyed our stay very much. If we will be back in Sapporo we will stay again in his house. Sebastian was super uncomplicated and friendly.
It was great staying. House was clean, and have everything needed. I especially loved tatami room where the tatami stayed warm and cozy. Sebastien always helped when I asked for something, and offered help when I needed something.
Location is not in the city center, but again, not really far away from city center, bus from the house to the sumikawa subway station is available until quite late in the night, and from sumikawa to the city center is very quick.
They were very nice, helpful and can give good tips, specially if you're planning on skiing. The house was very clean as well. Once you arrive there, the bus to the station is very close to the house.
