The Gull House at Azure Estate: A Direct Oceanfront luxury beach cottage directly on Melbourne Beach's most secluded and private beaches. Heated to 84F, unfenced pool is shared by 2 homes for rent inside exclusive family beach compound.
The space
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations and we are following Airbnb’s as well as the CDC’s recommendations on cleaning and disinfecting every space.
These are the guidelines we are following:
- Our Cleaning Team wears disposable protective gear. (Gloves and masks).
- We ventilate all rooms and spaces before and during cleaning.
- We thoroughly wash our hands before and after cleaning.
- We thoroughly clean the entire house first and then disinfect using disposable towels. We use EPA registered commercial strength products by Spartan Chemical to do so. We focus on every surface including frequently touched ones like doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, faucet handles, etc.
- We use commercial strength and EPA registered (Steriphene by Spartan Chemical) ambient aerosol disinfectant in every space.
- All linens, mattress covers, duvet covers, towels etc are washed at the highest temperature settings.
- We empty and clean all vacuum cleaners after each use.
- We line all trash cans.
- We provide Clorox and Lysol products (based upon availability) for our guests to use during their stay.
- We are staying informed about any new recommended guidelines.
Azure Estate is a majestic 1.4-acre, family compound located in Melbourne Beach’s Golden Triangle, Brevard County’s most exclusive ocean-front residential location. Its grounds are impeccably kept and they overlook the deep blue waters of the Atlantic ocean and its white sandy beaches.
The property is walking and biking distance from Ocean Avenue’s restaurants, shops, beach bar, parks, library, post office, and gourmet super market. It is also 7 minutes away from Historic Downtown Melbourne and it’s exciting bar, restaurant and shopping scene, 13 minutes away from Melbourne International Airport, 1 hour 20 minutes hours from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes away from Cape Canaveral. It is 1 hour 20 minutes from Disney World and many more amusement parks and all the exciting night life, attractions and shopping Orlando has to offer.
We have several options for your vacation, short, or longer term stay, all suited to meet your needs and as private as possible. There are 2 different homes for rent in the property: The Gull House (Direct Oceanfront Charming Cottage); and the Whale House (Stay Directly on the Beach). The pool is shared by guests from both homes. Each house has its private outdoors area for grilling, eating or relaxing.
We were inspired by the surrounding blue waters, sky and tropical setting of our home to beautifully and uniquely decorate each house. Each house is fully furnished and has all essentials for you to enjoy your stay. A few examples are folding beach chairs with drink holders, designer beach towels, fun cooking essentials, etc. The House has High Speed 400 Mbps internet provider service with state of the art wireless network with excellent coverage throughout property. Great for homeschooling, video meetings, watching movies, etc.
A few activities we truly enjoy are: morning and evening strolls on the beach. (Each time we go out we see different ocean conditions, thus we have seen many wildlife like sea turtles, sardines, tarpon feeding, dolphins, etc.) We enjoy the gourmet supermarket 2 minutes away from the property and all the fun restaurants of the area like Djon’s Steak and Lobster, and bars like the Copperhead Tavern; grilling around the pool; reading a good book in front of the fireplace and simply staring at the night stars.
Many of the beach goers enjoy kite surfing, surfing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply sun tanning and relaxing. A few other fun activities in the area include a visit to Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Airboat Rides, Antique shopping in the vast amount of stores along US 1 or Historic Downtown Melbourne, and any of the attractions in Orlando that are all about 1 hour 20 minutes away. In the mood for sports? The Spessard Holland Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer Enterprises is only 7 minutes away from the property as well as a public tennis court in the park on Ocean Avenue.

The entire Gull House. House and laundry room and adjacent direct ocean front outdoor patio with grill, parking for 2 cars, direct beach access and shared heated pool between the 2 homes.
Other things to note
• Security Cameras: For our guest’s and the property’s security, there are closed circuit security cameras installed in the outside areas of the property (entrances, driveways, parking areas, beach access areas, and other exterior areas.)
• Pool is Unfenced. Pool is heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Owners live in 307 Atlantic Street, adjacent property which has its own driveway and is separated from the rental properties by plants and is completely independent. Owners do not use any part of the rental properties during your stay.
