Located atop rocky cliffs directly on Lake Superior in the Chateau LeVeaux condo complex, this upper level hotel room offers breathtaking views of Lake Superior and is the perfect home base for exploring the North Shore. Hiking, biking, kayaking, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dining, shopping, a winery & more are just minutes away. Wind down from a day of adventures at the property's indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pits, or on the large deck overlooking Lake Superior.

Other things to note
Winter guests, please keep in mind that Chateau LeVeaux has two steep driveways. A vehicle with four-wheel drive is recommended for winter road conditions to best access the property and area.

This upper level hotel room is located above the common area deck, which could be a potential for occasional noise from other guests who may be sitting on the deck chairs enjoying the view of Lake Superior. The room is an older-style North Woods decor and a great value for accommodations directly on Lake Superior.

The Gitchi-Gami State Trail crosses the property's driveway for an easy-access paved walk. Take a left off the driveway onto the trail for a scenic, tree-lined, lake-view walk as you head back toward the town of Tofte.
