• We kindly invite guests to utilize the driveway located to the left of the
building for the purpose of loading and unloading luggage.

• A variety of street parking alternatives are accessible, encompassing
free, permitted, and metered options.

• To guarantee lawful parking and prevent obstruction of driveways, we
kindly request that you carefully observe posted signage.

• For those parking on Little Rock Ave, a parking permit is mandatory, and
we are pleased to provide one resident parking permit for your vehicle's
dashboard during your stay.

• Prior to check-out, we kindly ask you to return the permit to the unit, as
unreturned permits will incur a $100 fee.

• IMPORTANT!  please note that parking is not permitted on our block on
Tuesdays between 7 AM and 9 AM due to street cleaning.

• During your stay with us, we provide you with two beach tags to access
the beautiful beaches nearby. It's important to note that there is a $30
fee for each unreturned beach tag, so please ensure that they are
returned before your departure.

• Two (2) beach chairs are provided but beach towels are NOT provided so
please bring your own.

• As for transportation needs, you can choose from various options such
as Uber, Lyft, taxi services, and the Atlantic City Jitney, which has its first
stop at Jackson Ave.

• Additionally, the AAAA Bike Shop, conveniently located just one block
away, offers daily and weekly bicycle rentals. With the majority of the
island featuring designated bike lanes, you'll find the area to be a bike-
friendly destination.
