About This Listing
A cozy, clean one bedroom apartment close to Griffith Park in a very trendy neighborhood. Great freeway access, and several shops and unique restaurants nearby. Great access to downtown, Hollywood, and Burbank. Living room, full kitchen, and bedroom- 1930s building with hardwood floors and original tile work.
Wireless internet (website hidden) is hooked up to Roku and a DVD player.
Parking is limited to street parking- but it's very easy to find a spot right out front, especially on weekends.
Close to LA & Hollywood bus routes- if you're looking for public transportation.
The neighborhood is very friendly and green!
If you enjoy jogging, the path along the LA river is about 2 blocks away, and Griffith Park is just a couple of blocks behind the building.
A rollaway bed is available for a third guest for an additional fee- it fits perfectly by the bookcases in the living room.
Please treat my home as you would treat your own- clean up after yourself, respect the noise limitations for the neighbors, and avoid causing damage. This is a very comfortable, relaxed environment- not a party hub.
No smoking or pets, please.
Not available for student films.
Though we never met Miranda her hospitality was palpable, from the spare towels and TP to the ground espresso. We felt comfortable and at home.
Since she lives on a thoroughfare the noise of cars were constantly humming in the background, but it comes with the territory of being near a high-activity area. There are coffee shops and restaurants within 20 minutes' walking distance, and hiking/picnicking at Griffith Park just a stone's throw away.
Thanks for a lovely stay, Miranda! (PS You have the best dishware.)
Had an awesome time at Miranda's apartment in Los Feliz! Walkable to Griffith Park and to the bars and restaurants on Hyperion. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
Miranda was a good host - very clear communications and the listing accurately describes the apartment. It's an older apartment, but Miranda has it tastefully decorated and its clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, and the location is walkable to Griffith Park and Los Feliz attractions, which is why we picked it.
My girlfriend and I had an amazing time staying in this apartment! The accommodations were very spacious, super comfortable, and easy instructions for check-in/check-out.
The location is incredible! We had a wonderful time hiking Griffith Park and to the Observatory (walking distance from the apartment.) It is also walking distance (or a very short ride) to all of the great restaurants, shops, and bars of Los Feliz! This was exactly what we were looking for in our stay and we highly recommend staying here!
Miranda was really friendly and helpful. When there was a mechanical problem in the building she offered us a discount and other options. We took the discount and had a great time in her place, which is huge! The building is a little old but it was charming and the location couldn't be beat. We had a great time during our stay at her place.
I had a great time staying at Miranda's Los Feliz apartment. Everything was as advertised and the place was perfect!
Miranda's apartment on Los Feliz Blvd. was clean, convenient and comfortable; the flat is hip and adorable. She warned us about parking no-no's so we had no problem with dealing with the street parking. Loading and unloading out baggage were simple tasks. Even though Los Feliz is a busy street, we slept well since the apartment at the back of the building and pretty quiiet. When we at the last minute asked to add an additional night to our stay, Miranda replied immediately to our request - great communication with her. My partner liked being able to set up his computer at the desk. All the conveniences of home! We will return!

I am a frequent traveller- and love coming home to my cozy apartment. Why not let others enjoy it while I'm away! I work in the arts and love my neighborhood- it's full of wonderful restaurants and cute bookstores and shops. I hope you enjoy my place while I'm out!
My favorite place to stock up the fridge!
Little Dom's is a famous Los Angeles Italian eatery. Very delicious dinner option..
This is the closest grocery store to the apartment- within walking distance!
The LA river bike path is perfect for a morning jog!
Truly the best fish tacos! This taco stand is perfect for a quick lunch. It's cash only.
Bru is a great coffee house- perfect for a lighter snack and latte, if you're looking for a place to get a bit of work or reading done.
Skylight Books is a neighborhood gem! It's a great bookstore- and they often host special events & readings.
My favorite french restaurant in Los Angeles! I definitely recommend brunch and a cafe au lait.
The Dresden is a classic martini bar- complete with a legendary couple performing at the bar's piano on weekend nights. I recommend a dirty martini and sauteed mushrooms.
The best burgers in town! My favorite has stilton bleu cheese and a port reduction.
The Planetarium is a must-see if you're in LA for more than a few days. If you're really adventurous, you can hike to it from my apartment.
