The space

The apartment offers a double-bed bedroom and private bathroom with kitchen and living room with an extra sofa-bed.
There are two bathrooms. The bigger one belongs to the smaller room. Yours is the smaller one close to the kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, a Nespresso Coffee Machine, natural yogurt maker, food blender and centrifuge for delicious summer juices.
There is also a portable air conditioner that you can place in your room or in the living room for very hot days.
Two Metro stops are a few minutes away: Line A Vittorio Emanuele and Manzoni Stations ;so are buses and Rome’s main train station, Termini.
The Coliseum and San Giovanni in Laterano are both a ten-minute walk and museums and shops surround the whole area. For those who love to eat, this area is both traditionally Roman and multi ethnic.

You will have access to the double bedroom and the private bathroom with use of the kitchen appliances, including the coffee machine. The apartment is shared with the owner or with other guests

Interaction with guests

I work a lot, so I'll be able to see you only a few nights a week. But if you want, we can organize a dinner at home or at the restaurant. I can help you find your way in English, French as well as Italian. In exceptional cases I might be around for on or two nights. I will sleep in the sofabed in the living room if both rooms are rented.

Other things to note

Guests can prepare their breakfast at home using the kitchen using what is provided in  by the landlord.

Lorenzo's place is located within walking distance of some area attractions, and is a city bus ride from others. The room is large, and the bed is very comfortable. We appreciated being able to use the kitchen as well as having access to the balcony. Thanks, Lorenzo!

Lorenzo is nice, friendly and helpful. His place is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Close to a Metro stop so getting around was easy. Lorenzo knows this, but the bathroom is tinny but it's workable. 15-20 walk to the Colosseum. If we come back we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lorenzo.!

Lorenzo was a wonderful host! He is extremely friendly, accommodating, and always willing to answer any questions you may have! He truly went out of his way to make our stay in Rome memorable. The location is not ideal for the apartment, even though it is close to the Metro. There are only two lines for the Metro so most of the time we ended up talking the Metro and then still having a far walk. The area in general was not the greatest, but it was a good value!

Lorenzo is such an amazing host, super responsive and got on a call with me and my boyfriend to make sure everything is OK. The location is super central and close to 2 subway stations. Also some good local restaurants around the area and super market. The apartment is very comfortable and super bright. The balcony is also a plus! A side note: you must try the bakery shop downstairs, it is ah-may-zing.
