Interaction with Guests
I work a lot, so I'll be able to see you only a few nights a week. But if you want, we can organize a dinner at home or at the restaurant. I can help you find your way in English, French as well as Italian.
The apartment is located halfway between two very close stations on Metro Line A, the main line in Rome: Vittorio Emanuele and Manzoni. A bus stop is right in front of the door on the street.
Rome’s main train station, Termini, is a fiftenn-minute walk. From there, you can get local trains to attractions in surrounding Lazio, or national and international trains as well.
Other Things to Note
In your room, you will find meal vouchers that allow you to have a pastry and coffee in the morning at a local bar, where, if you wish, you can also buy great coffee roasted on site.
Please be clean and make sure all appliances are left in the initial state.
landlord lives in the other room of the apartment
We had an enjoyable stay in Lorenzo's room! It looked exactly the same as the photos posted(it's neat and clean). The location is safe and quiet. It's just about 10minutes walk to the colosseum. And it's considerable for Lorenzo to left several nespresso flavors for the guests. Really recommand this good place to stay in Roma.
We were not able to meet with Lorenzo as he was on vacation. He made arrangements with other guests of his to hand over the keys, which was great, they came and met us at the station. The location of the apartment is great, and we were able to move around Rome very easily by foot and public transport. The apartment was small but we found it to be clean and convenient.
Our stay with Lorenzo was so great. Although he was not at the apartment with us, he made it very easy to pick up the keys at the cafe below the apartment, and responded within minutes at all hours of the day to answer our questions. His English is perfect as well. He provided us with maps, info books, coupons for a daily breakfast at the cafe, towels, access to his full kitchen and washing machine. You can tell he cares about his guests and will make sure you are comfortable and safe during your stay. I would highly recommend Lorenzo
I had a lovely stay in the apartment. There was a lift which made bringing my luggage to the apartment easier. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is good too. I had the entire house to myself since Lorenzo wasn't in. The location is pretty good too! Not to mention, the people were friendly at the cafe where I got my breakfast from!
Lorenzo made us feel very welcome. He was there when we arrived at his flat. T|he deescription was accurate of his flat. The neighbourhood is in a fairly nice part of Rome and is very convenient for the Coliseum and the metro.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Lorenzo's. The room was well equipped with maps and guide on Rome, and plenty of fresh linens and towels. The bathroom, although not an ensuite, it is clean and roomy. The lift in the building is a huge relieve for those with heavy luggages. Lorenzo's place is within walking distance to most places of interest. The breakfast vouchers for the cafe down the road is a very thoughtful touch. Lorenzo is very nice and knowledgable, we were glad we get to chat for a few occasions. Many thanks Lorenzo for such enjoyable stay. It definitely made our trip much more memorable. We hope to see you next time. Highly recommend this listing!
Lorenzo was a very friendly and kind host who helped us out with nice local restaurants and bars and supplied us with a breakfast daily at a nearby bar. The location is perfect, 10 minute walk to the Colloseo. I would highly recommend this location!
