Luxury 7 bedroom chalet available fully catered with transport during the winter season!
Please note that during the winter months of the ski season this chalet is normally only available fully inclusive. This includes airport transfers from Geneva, in-resort transfers and full catering. If applicable these services will be quoted for on enquiry.
This beautiful chalet has 7 bedrooms including 3 double bedrooms (1 ensuite, 2 with basins), 2 double/twin attic bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 triple bedroom and 2 modern bathrooms (1 with bath). The heart of the chalet is a massive sitting/living/dining/party room with large flatscreen TV, our huge music and movie collection, English TV, a fully equipped bar, free wireless internet throughout and a central open fireplace
French doors lead onto 2 floors of balconies, with STUNNING views of The Mont Blanc Massive south and Le Brevent/Flegere chain north, an 8 seat jacuzzi bubbling away on the decking and a heated ski and boot room in the basement.
Winter or summer the mountains are magical places and few more so than the ones around Chamonix and Mt Blanc. If you're into your action sports then there's an endless supply of year round entertainment; skiing, snowboarding, paragliding, mountain biking, ice and rock climbing, rafting, mountaineering and more recently speedriding, basejumping and fly suits.
In the winter, snow sports are quick to learn and offer thrills and comedy spills from your first lesson to your first proper powder run. It is probably no wonder that for a huge number of our clients the yearly ski trip is a permanent fixture in the annual holiday calendar.
In summer the valley really comes alive with walkers, bikers, climbers and anything that can take to the air. Chamonix is actually busier in August than it is in February a pretty unique position for a ski town.
Charles Dickens described the Chamonix Valley better than I ever could when he said in 1846: “Mont Blanc and the valley of Chamonix, and the sea of Ice, and all the wonders of the most wonderful place are above and beyond one's wildest expectation. I cannot imagine anything in nature more stupendous or sublime.”
The chalet is 10 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix, 50m from the free local bus stop and 100m from the train station.
We spent a weekend at the chalet and everything went very well. The place was amazing (pictures don't do justice) and Giles and his team were very helpful. We took the breakfast catered which was definitely a good choice (we had dinner plans so didn't try the dinner catering). The chalet was a 10-15 min walk away from the Chamonix village centre which was fine for us.
FABULOUS CHALET! We had an amazing time! Giles and his team really made us feel at home. The chalet was beautiful and easily accommodated our 12-person trip. It was only a 5 minute walk from Chamonix shopping and dining. Giles and Ryan gave us recommendations for hikes and other "sites to see" during our stay.
Ryan (the chef) was AWESOME! He catered to our dietary needs and made us a scrumptious meal! 24 Thumbs Up!!
Le chalet est magnifique et particulièrement bien équipé. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Giles avait préparé le chalet pour notre arrivée, il n'y avait rien à ajouter, tout était parfait.
In a word - awesome! Huge chalet that is very well equipped for a large group. The place has a very homely feel about it and the hosts are fantastic. We stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave! Definitely can highly recommend this place...we hope to be able to stay here again ourselves in the near future!
Le chalet est superbe, spacieux et chaleureux . La vue splendide de la terrasse et du grand jardin et Gil très accueillant et disponible. Distance très correcte du centre de Chamonix 10 min à pied; Bref une excellente adresse. Je recommande vivement !
I can't say enough how much we all enjoyed our visit to Chamonix, thanks to Giles, Flo and Ryan. The house was fabulous: plenty of space for our large group, and the view of Mont Blanc from the back deck is unrivaled. We looked at other houses in town but chose this one, and I'm so glad we did.
First, Giles is in the business of tourism and so he understands our needs. He arranged all transfers (with Mountain Drop Offs) and they were flawless. He was available and helpful when needed.
Second, Flo was always available with suggestions for dining out, or in, and her friendly disposition made everyone feel at home. Plus she does a great imitation of an American accent...
Ryan and his cooking skills were a fabulous highlight. We originally arranged for him to cook dinner for our group of 15 the first two nights we were there (of a two-week stay). After the first night not only did we want to have him prepare dinner every night for the rest of our stay, we all wanted him to come home with us and cook here. Menus were varied; and food prep, presentation and service were of the highest quality.
I work as a travel planner for the largest non-profits in the US, so I have experience working with properties and people around the world. Giles and his crew are the best!

I am a partner with 2 other friends in a small independent holiday company called FTX Holidays which we have been running together since 1999. We offer holidays in Chamonix-Mt-Blanc, France and Porto Pollo, Sardinia, Italy. At least 1 of us is in Chamonix at all times and in Porto Pollo from mid April-November so although we don't live in the apartments/chalet listed here we are always on hand to help out in any way we can.
I am passionate about the mountains and the sea and spend as much of my free time as possible skiing, snowboarding, biking, kitesurfing, windsurfing, diving, wakeboarding, sailing and surfing. I am always more than happy to share the 10+ years of local knowledge in these 2 very special places i'm lucky enough to call home.
