Beautiful downstairs oversized studio, features two private beaches for residents and vacation rentals only no public access, picnic tables, private doc to tie up jet skis or boat, on site host, bbq tables and chairs to sit on, NO WAKE ZONE, near casinos, shops, stores, 45 sec-1 min walk to the beach

The space
Smart tv, keurig coffee machine with coffee pods, stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, knives, silverware, bowls, baking dishes, jet ski rental and boating rentals within walking distance to property, can fish off the dock, can obtain license to fish at big 5 or Walmart.
Stores just a couple miles from property, sams club, Walmart, ect..
