Georgie was a great host. She is such a wonderfull lady, it was a pleasure to have her around. Everything was like expected. This place is really special. We loved the wild Ponys, the breathtakeing landscape, the beautiful beaches and Georgies delicious homemade breakfast. Georgie we still miss You and this mystical place. Thanks for sharing that with us.
What a great find in a beautiful nature spot!
We enjoyed our stay at Georgie's to the fullest. Georgie was a warm host who spoiled us with her delicious breakfast with fruits from her own garden.
Our son didn't want to leave Georgie and our cosy "nest" with the spacious bunk bed.
We liked her pieces of art and the thought that has gone into the decor and equipment as much as Georgie's garden overlooking the sea.
Thank you, Georgie!
Georgie was a fantastic host! The hermitage is set in an idyllic location and was a short walk from the wedding venue. It was clean, bright and perfect for out needs. Georgie's cooking is divine and we are already planning our next stay! Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you Georgie :)
We had such a wonderous time staying with Georgie! She is like a magical pixie of warmth and energy, and radiates loveliness.
The room and bathroom are great- both relaxing and inspiring at the same time. The same goes for the rest of Georgie's house and garden.
The surrounding area has a real rugged beauty that takes your breath away. If you're into running (or walking) I highly recommend an early morning coastal run. Cawsand/Kingsand are in easy reach and there's a couple of friendly pubs that do great food (book ahead).
Thanks Georgie :-) x x x and we will see you again next year!
A magical wee jewel of a home on the aweinspiring Cornish coast. Georgie's warm smile and beautiful energy welcome you to a very special place filled with treasures to admire and all you need for a cosy, peaceful stay. Wonderful coastal danders around old smuggler country. A stones throw from a gorgeous wedding party at Polhawn Fort. I can't wait to go back, this place and it's kind people lift the soul. Thank you Georgie.
Georgie was great! My parents and I stayed with her for a few days. The cottage is secluded, and has wonderful hikes right out of the door. As Americans, we decided that driving was too stressful, so we decided to take the rental back in Plymouth and Georgie helped us with all of the details, including how to get to and from her house via public transport and helped us plan everything we should do while in town.
A little jewel of a cottage on the most amazing (and forgotten) Cornish coast. Georgie's place is filled with her beautiful energy which transpired from her stories and all her original artworks around the house. Her endless skills included the ability to prepare the best breakfast we had in years! Our daughter already called this little cottage home! We can't wait to visit you again Georgie! Thank you!
