Unique estate consists of 4 residences on 123 lush level acres with beautiful vistas of the Shawangunk Ridge from New Paltz to Sams Point in The Catskills, and a private pond. This property, the main chalet "Breathtaking Catskills Retreat", is the largest. Accommodating 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. But if this is not enough space for you, you can add on it's sister listing, "Catskills Modern Studio" that will sleep an additional 4 people.

The space
This home has no wifi and limited AC. Be prepared to "disconnect", however there is cell service with most major carriers. This home is a truly breathtaking escape.

You can explore the land however be mindful that while you are becoming one with nature, nature is not a controlled environment there are wild animals.

Right on the border or Sullivan and Ulster Counties the house is only about 20 minutes away from most of the best things the Catskills has to offer. No matter what you enjoy it can be found here in the Catskills. Hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, eating, shopping at farmers markets, thrift shops, antiquing, gambling at the casino, watching shows and concerts at Bethel woods, going to local museums, or just instagraming it all!!
