We’re proud to offer a non-toxic, eco-conscious retreat with a lived-in vibe: natural cleaners, refillable goods, fragrance-free everything, and pesticide-free grounds (hello butterflies and clover patches).

The space

We live in the house just in front, and while this is a private guesthouse, it is on the same property. If total seclusion is what you're after, this might not be the right fit. But if you're cool with a laid-back, kind host family next door, you’ll likely love it I’ve here.

* A luxury hotel suite. There are no chandeliers, concierge service, or blackout curtains here.

* Perfectly polished. Our floors are concrete and can be cold in the winter.

* Silent as a tomb. It’s a friendly neighborhood. Dogs might bark. Kids might laugh. We’ll say hi if we cross paths.

* A hidden retreat on 20 acres. The guesthouse sits in our big backyard, which we actively use and love.


What this is:
* A retreat for eco-conscious folks, trail lovers, and those who know that imperfection = charm.


* A place where your dog can roam the fenced yard while you sip coffee.


* A kitchen where you can actually cook real meals. (Or reheat tacos. Both are sacred.)

Hello Friends, My name is Greg and I am your host at the SoKno Ranger Station. This adorable little flat is my pride and joy! I am an avid cyclist and have made South Knoxville my home for its amazing outdoor recreation resources. There is nothing better than riding your bike out of the front door, getting a solid 20 miles of riding in and coming back to the Ranger station. I hope you'll enjoy this space as much as we do!
