I believe in the good in people and that what goes around comes around. I am Greek, studied in France, Germany, the UK, India and South America and have been calling Manhattan, New York my home since 1997. I am a vegan empowerment coach, real estate investor, interior designer, event & film producer, animal/human/environmental rights activist and founder of The Metta Sanctuary, NYC's Holistic Vegan Housing Community. My yoga teacher once said: "When you eat meat, you automatically adopt the fear, anxiety, depression, sadness and suffering that the animals were feeling when they were being slaughtered." Since then I turned vegan and started becoming active in raising awareness about a mindful considerate respectful existence and contribution towards creating a healthier kinder more compassionate world. I look forward to meeting you :-)
